Tobirama hasn't shown any feats besides FTG slash, no particular skill or moveset.

Sasuke managed to hold his own against Killer Bee's swordstrikes for a short while and was acknowledged by Mifune himself, as well as easily outmaneuvering and dispatching many Samurai without so much as being struck once by them, and they spend their entire career as soldiers learning swordsmanship. Killer Bee-the gap between killer bee and the rest is quite large as seen when sasuke ran up and damn near got sliced to pieces

Sasuke-he is above mifune because he easily counter mifune attack despite sasuke being extremely exhausted and partially blind and bruised and battered after fighting the raikage and with every cell in his body hurting from using susano yet he still countered mifune easily...

Mifune- he is below kisame because samehada can move on its own to counter mifune even if killer bee is slow to react and samurai use chakra as well

Suigetsu-darui only beat him because he used his lightning nature the sword fight was a stalemate even though suigetsu had less than half of his executioner blade, which should tell u why i placed him above darui...

Every samurai besides Mifune is outright weak to any shinobi in general especially against a sharingan user.
Sasuke has shown to be able to go on with Bee but I still don't believe his swordsmanship is all too great compared to the others.

That's bukijutsu, we're talking kenjutsu which is strictly swords. All kenjutsu is bukijutsu, but not all bukijutsu is kenjutsu. Proficiency in kunai and shuriken do not reflect proficiency with a sword.

sasuke defeated 100 sound shinobi without severely injuring them when he was under orochimaru's guidance, and it takes a lot of skill to incapacitate that many shinobi without killing them, not only that but the databook state that sasuke speed with his sword makes him invincible and it shows the scan where sasuke attacki tobi just before he fought deidara but of course obito warped that part of his head....


also we are forgetting madara he in his did easily disarm many SA shinobi while simultaneously fighter other SA shinobi and killing them with their own weapons he just disarmed them of...

The fact still remains that kenjutsu is what they specialize and train in mostly, and Sasuke mowed them down like Levi does to Titans. It stands in Sasuke's corner as a major feat for kenjutsu, whether you wanna admit it or not.

Kenjutsu is swordsmanship nothing else.

That's bukijutsu, we're talking kenjutsu which is strictly swords. All kenjutsu is bukijutsu, but not all bukijutsu is kenjutsu. Proficiency in kunai and shuriken do not reflect proficiency with a sword.

Kunais are not swords therefore not kenjutsu.

Using kunai and various other weapons is bukijutsu like Riker said.
