How does BSM naruto beat Nagato?

I'm not a naruto hater or anything, but I don't get how Naruto can beat nagato when almost everything in his arsenal can be absorbed by Preta. Not to mention, nagato was about to wreck KCM Naruto and Bee. Could someone enlighten me and explain how Naruto wins?
