Okay. Kabuto can liquefy himself and tank the blast. He is sagemode so he has the endurance, and then he can start healing himself as he takes the hit. Suigetsu can survive point blank, Kabuto can survive it and take it a lot better.
also he can jump in Manda and can burrow under the ground far to escape.

Well, since your only counter argument is TBB and can't think of anyway Minato dodges the jutsu that Kabuto uses I listed twice; Like what Lola said, Kabuto can use Manda II and then once inside, reverse summon it like what Sasuke did against Deidara.

Im talking after the blast, he was left unconscious. Eventually, he would have recovered. All they did was put him in a tank of water. The reason why they saved him was

1.He is a teammate
2. Hidden Cloud Ninja would have captured him and take info from him

ANYWAY, Manda 2 evade bijuu bomb.
Now explain how Minato counters White Dragon senjutsu.
