I still see people claiming it was because of Naruto's power? Sasuke didn't get the Nine-Tails power for a power up, it was just plot to escape Obito's Tailed Beast Nuke. When Sasuke wrapped the Perfect Susano'o around the Nine-Tails, Sasuke did not have the Nine-Tails chakra.
