and the leaf elders which are the hokage advisors and danzo could have been told...


and he can beat hidan, kakuzu and sasori and zetsu and konan and deidara, all 6 of them are too slow to avoid amaterasu and cannot defend against tsukoyami or totsuka...and obito and nagato would have been out of reach because many times during meetings most members were astral projections caused by nagato because they were out on their assignments so they couldnt be at the meetings physically which further proves itachi could have killed some members off 2 at a time 3 at a time since almost never were all akatsuki members present during meetings and they would never knw itachi was the one killing the members...and i can agree with what u said about obito and itachi...

I just don't see how it would help much if the Leaf elders were told. They wouldn't tell Tsunade. Danzo had Root gather tons of info and yet Tsunade didn't know a single thing about what they knew.

If they are astral projections, doesn't that make it even harder for Itachi then? He would have to locate them before killing them. Also, I'm pretty sure that they would know who killed them. Zetsu informed the Akatsuki that Deidara had commited suicide, but he was no where near the area when it happened.

But Itachi didn't want more people to know the truth. He wanted the Uchiha to look innocent/honorable and wanted to shoulder everything himself. Also, was there much intel to give anyway? People who killed them off figured out their weaknesses pretty quickly. He could tell them the location of the base, but wouldn't Nagato sense the Konoha shinobi approaching and have them destroyed?

But if he killed them it would still blow his cover. Zetsu would tell the others.
