Many people hate on Naruto and Sasuke because of their "free powerups". However, by hating on people like this, you are saying that you actually have no faith in the "hard workers" and it says that the "hard workers" are weaker than ever. Think about this:
Should it really matter if someone has a kekkei genkai or a bijuu (or anything else of that nature) to someone that works hard and becomes strong? If you are truly working so hard and diligently, then you should be able to surpass these types of people regardless of their natural inborn power or their free power ups.
Just look at Minato (alive)! He is not from a special clan, he has no kekkei genkai and he had no bijuu! Despite this, he was still able to single handedly take down the mangekyou sharingan wielding Obito (who also had Senju DNA)! (Don't even bring up that crap about him being 14 because Kakashi already addressed the age issue in part 1. He stated that age doesn't matter in the shinobi world. This was later reinforced by Hashirama's flashbacks when his father said that even young children are treated as shinobi!)
Another example is Shikamaru! He took down the immortal Hidan by simply using brain power!
Having given these two examples, it is clear that inborn advantages don't matter to a truly hardworking and intelligent shinobi! Therefore, if you hate on people like Naruto and Sasuke, you are just making excuses for your favorite's weakness!
Naruto can't help that he was made a jinchuuriki at birth and Sasuke can't help that he is an Uchiha. However, Rock Lee can help himself to train harder and actually get some of Guy's 8 gates techniques (like afternoon tiger or morning peacock). Kiba can help himself to get other jutsus besides fang over fang and dog related jutsus! Tenten can help herself to actually learn a freaking jutsu in addition to spamming weapons!
In conclusion: Don't hate on people like Naruto or Sasuke for having power. Hate on your favorite for being either too stupid, lazy, or weak to actually learn some stuff and surpass the people with "free power"!
