They're evenly matched mostly but I give Jiraya the edge because of his sage mode and ma and pa. Orochimaru never master DSM and we've seen the edge Sage Mode gives the user.

As for the second question. Kabuto is powerful and so is Sasuke but in my opinion Jiraya's students win because Minato is by no means a push over. We haven't even seen him go completely off yet honestly except for using the sage mode but we couldn't gauge his power with him going up against Madara and All. And Naruto is a different story all together. In a gang battle Jiraya's squad takes it. Not due to numbers but due to Kurama's cloak sharing and the Rinnegan.

If you're wondering Why I didn't mention the other Taka members that is because they all get raped by Minato, Nagato or Naruto lol.

Eh, I'd say Naruto and Konan could take on their opponents; but in the end, thanks to the edo tensei of Kabuto and Orochimaru; Team Oro wins hard core.

You only argument is that kabuto planned a head and gather bodies which is BS in a random battle which never said that ET ready.
Plus Minato is well versed in Fuinjutsu so edo can be sealed as well. Nagato has human path which can rip edos souls out. so to say kabuto stomps is stupid.

Edo Madara; Edo Nagato; Edo Jinchurikis; Edo Itachi; Edo Deidara; Edo Sasori all solo him
