yea this is the only list i agree completely.
All the jinchuriki must be top then followed by other fodders
Terrible ....why would Kaguya or whatever her face be on the list ? she is nothing but a leged & not relevant , Ksuhina & Mito are feat less b1tches , why put them ? .....only one who should be up there is Karin , since she is the only one who used & showed what the chains & the power of the Uzumaki can do .

Temari wind Negates kunais ask Tenten about that Chuning exam, Mei lava kill Sakura strength dose not make you fire proof.

Remove wood style from Hashirama all those character would beat him even if he has his healing ability.Hashi is stronger than them because of his wood style and SM not because of his healing ability.

Chiyo/Temari
Mei is strongest because:
-She has power in every range (mist short-mid range, lava mid-range, suiton long-mid range) unlike others (Tsunade and Sakura are short-mid ranged, Konan and Temari are mid-long and Chiyo is mid ranged)
-Her jutsu have shown to damage Susanoo. Only Sakura and Tsunade accomplish that among others.
-She is more versatile then any other female.
-She has a better defense than other females due to acidic mist and lava that can surround her.
-She took some punches from susanoo and Buddha also kicked away a Zetsu So she does not suck in taijutsu and physical prowess.
-Her arsenal is harder to counter because it is more tricky and versatile.

What has happened to this Base? Geez, it'd be nice to look at more thought out and better formulated arguments.
My list goes as follows.
1. Tsunade
2. Mei
3. Konan
4. Sakura
5. Chiyo
6. Temari
Tsunade's prowess extends far into medical jutsu and beyond self healing. She is capable of using jutsus such as Ranshinsho, or even capable of killing with medical ninjutsu. Further, she is a poison specialist which people seem to forget. If she should decide to use a weapon any number of them could be poisonous. Her raw power is devasting and her battle experience lends her far above Sakura. Granted, she lacks long range jutsus, but in some ways her strength and her summon counteract this weakness. She doesn't use genjutsu but it seems that given her mastery of jutsus that require extremely precise chakra control, she should be fantastic at the kai release method. Essentially, Tsunade is not as "versatile" as some other fighters, but for most situations she has adequate abilities to fight on even grounds with many shinobi.
2. Mei is second because of her kkgs. Her lava release has been shown to be hot enough to melt susanoo and the same is said of acid mist. However, her portrayal of taijutsu skill seems to lacking as the three times we've seen her engage in CQC she kicked Zetsu, got punched by Susanoo, and got punched by the Buddha Statue, her long range suitons extinguished madara's flames. She only really seems to have proficiency in one area. Namely ninjutsu, she's shown nothing to help her with genjutsu, nor does she have enough feats to say she'd hold her own in a taijutsu skirmish.
3. I would like to make Kushina three but she doesn't actually have enough feats. Konan's best jutsu can only be used once after extensive prep time (likely months of it) in a specific location, thus given the highly situational ability to use her greatest ability which she would never have access to lest she was planning a trap her rank drops significantly. That said Konan has a nice defense against taijutsu namely turning her power into paper. Which has drawbacks of it's own, for instance I believe if something like Toad oil Bullet or One of Madara's Katons were to hit her she'd be ash, as I doubt she has enough paper to keep those larger katons at bay without being exhausted. She use her paper as projectiles or completely envelop people with her paper. Or attack them with paper arms. That said she still doesn't have an answer to genjutsu and as Obito proved by stabbing her with a kunai if she's caught of guard, taijutsu will still take her down.
4. Sakura, she is basically a less skilled more inexperienced version of Tsunade who has shown less higher tier abilities, namely ranshinsho, and given that Tsunade was her teacher of all things, everything she knows can safely be accredited to Tsunade.
5. Chiyo like Tsunade and Sakura is a master of poisons and her puppet techniques allowed her to fight on par with Hanzo and her Ten puppets (with some assistance from Sakura's) were able to take out Sasori's 100 puppets. Further, she is capable of using human puppets in situations in which her mechanical ones aren't available. Further, she is a healer as well which makes her very useful as a shinobi. She can attack from mid and close range and has proven herself adept at CQC. She also has an interesting defense in the form of chakra shields in mom, dad, and in her right arm. She has shown herself to have spectacular reaction time and she has shown her wisdom from battle experience. She is adept at the kai release method. Unfortunately, the reason her rank is so low is because out of all the females in this list she has the least amount of fire power available.
6. Temari, she is definitely more destructive than Sakura. Put I think what puts Sakura just above Temari is her access to Katsuyu and the fact that in any team battle Sakura is more valuable to have as she can act as a fighter, healer, or battery. Additionally the slug summon seems to be one of the most defensively advanced summons. In her arsenal though, Temari has great futons, the second best of the SA, but the problem being due to her fan being so large against taijutsu specialists it's unlikely she'd be able to complete the swing of her fan in close quarters. That said, she proved as a genin she could hold her own in taijutsu. Now how far those skills carried on as a jounin is unknown. Temari has been shown to be incredibly smart, but of all the ladies here she is more or less the one trick pony. Namely all of her jutsus aim to push back or cut via the swing of her fan.

From what manga shows Tsunade is the strongest female and after Tsunade there is Sakura.So:

You call Temari a one trick pony then say nothing about Sakura.
I wonder how versatile punching and summoning slugs can be when compared to fuuton justus and summons with wind affinities. In terms of being a one trick pony, that would include Sakura. Tsunade at least has a lightning affinity and a better justu arsenal then Sakura.
Both Sakura and Temari are great backup and damage dealers in a team fight, that's where they both excel. But Temari has a better arsenal to fight in a 1v1 situation against both long and short ranged shinobi.. For example: Temari would have a better chance fighting opponents Deidara
Temari's capable of support, attack and defense all by herself. Her fuuton can simultaneously defend while it attacks. To call her a one trick pony is inaccurate. She wouldn't of been in charge of the 4th Division during the war or Gaara's bodyguard if she was so inflexible.
Also, don't sleep on Kamatari, he's a great summon, i'd compare him to monkey king enma, but he's more versatile.
Temari is equal to or greater than Sakura. What holds Sakura back is the fact that her justus are limited to yin seals and medical ninjustu. Shes shown little to no aptitude for affinity based justus

Temari is a one trick pony because her arsenal is entirely wave the giant fan, and a summon who does the same thing as her fan
As opposed to Sakura, who has in her arsenal CES, Poison /Antidote Making, A summon whose only intersection of abilities with Sakura is remote healing (that is to say outside of healing Katsuyu has things that make her valuable as a summon because she can do things that Sakura just can't), and Medical Ninjutsu. As a Shinobi in a team Sakura has more to offer. Realistically, she may lose to Temari in a one v one but in a team fight Sakura's the better option to have at your side.
And let's not act like there is a wide variety of fuuton jutsus.
They all do one of two things, push or cut. The question is the scale, to which she's able to do them. She generally goes for most damage output. Because, that is generally most useful as her wind nature manipulation isn't as refined as Naruto's. And that's fine, but it has a very specific and limited purpose. It can be used to push things back, or to cut things apart, and that really is the extent of fuuton. Which is why only having one element is not particularly impressive whereas having several (like Mei) is. Because one element tends to do a particular niche very well and only performs well in that niche. Since she doesn't team up with Katon users she can't put her wind to that use. Thus her fighting style is generally push back or cut. Which is why I called her a one trick pony she doesn't have much else to offer.
The question was never who wins in a 1 v 1 fight it's whose a better kunoichi. And Temari has limited usage. Chiyo's has more usage than being only able to control puppets. She's a good combatant plus she has more things to add which makes her a better kunoichi

agreed.. sakura's jutsu pool is very limited if she comes against any decent long range fighter she is at a massive disadvantage.. she also does not have the chakra pool to sustain self healing for a long period of time since even tsunade cannot keep it up for so long and she has huge chakra supplies not to mention it decreases ur life span..
Against Temari ninja tools do not work against her.. as seen when she fought tenten who was a master of them.. Temari has what it take to decapitate from a distance which is a healers worst nightmare imo.. you can heal scratches and a few marks but reatatching limbs isnt going to be easy and taking sakura's head off from a distance is something very possible
