First of all,i want to start my thread by this:-
Minato sealed his own chakra with kyuubi in naruto and minato sealed kyuubi in that way that if 8 tails of kyuubi are released then minato would appear in Naruto's consciousness
Minato sealed his chakra into naruto because of uzumaki seal and By exact method SO6P also sealed his own chakra into 9 bijuus So when the 9 bijuus chakra together sealed into someone then SO6P would Appear in that person's Consciousness.
A question arises here that then why wouldn't SO6P appeared in Juubito and Juubi jin Madara's consciousnesses?
Answer is smple:-
IMO,there are 3 conditions by which SO6P can appear in a person's consciousness:-
1-Person should have 9 bijuus chakra even if it is in a small amount
2-When 9 bijuus giving their chakra to a person then 9 bijuus should acknowledged him as a SO6P's reincarnation.
3-A person should have Same Will of Fire which SO6P had.
Juubito and madara are missing the 2nd and 3rd points.
Naruto fulfilled these conditions:-
1-Naruto have Same of Fire which SO6P had.
2-Naruto now have 9 bijuus chakra
3-9 Bijuus acknowledged naruto as a SO6P's Reincarnation
Minato knew about everything because he sealed his own chakra into 9 tails.
By this same method SO6P also knows everything which ever happened after his death.
SO6P was not fool as he knew that his Elder son will fight with his Younger Son and he should also knew that People after his death will use chakra to fight with each other.
SO6P wanted to accomplish all things in his life but he was about to die thats why he choosed his successor and thats why he sealed his own chakra into 9 Tailed beasts.
SO6P knew that A person will born with the same Will of Fire which rikoudo had and 9 tailed beast will remmeber him as a SO6P's reincarnation
SO6P knew that he will meet with that person and tell him his own story So that person will accomplish those things which SO6P wasn't able to accomplish in his own life.
