tsunade feats are better than minato as hokage
that's why she's better than him in every spec while he's only better than her in terms of speed .
10 reasons why tsunade is better hokage :
1) she's legendary sannin before she became hokage while minato was jounin before he became hokage.
2) she was 3rd hokage disciple while jiraya was minato's master And jiraya is tsunade's colleague and she's better than as sannin.
3) she is from strongest clan (senju) while minato is from unknown clan.
4) she has very impressive jutsu while minato's jutsu are copy + past from Tobirama.
5) she is best medical ninja in history and she can heal herself during fight.
6) she has higher experience than minato since she's older than him and she fought in several wars.
7) she protected konoha and live after that while other hokage protected konoha but he died .
8) she managed to keep up fighting against madara (edo + 2 renningan) for more than 20 chapters (it's record) !! while minato lost in 1panel against madara .
9) she forced everyone to respect her ability because of her hardwork and even madara called her strongest hokage.
10) she has better feats in war arc than minato's and minato doesn't have final attack that can finish the enemy off ..
minato is strong hokage so donnot take me wrong but tsunade is better hokage than him
1. Slightly confused with this one Minato became the hokage first and saved the village without help. The reason why I say the village didn't help was because Minato warped away a bijuu bomb from Kurama at full power, fought Obito and won, than went back to the leaf where they finally managed to push Kurama out of the gate, Summoned Bunta, teleported Kurama else where and sealed him. Kushina did help in the last one a bit.
2. Just because you are better than someone doesn't mean he isn't a good teacher. What does the 3rd hokage have to do with her begin a good leader. Again we first have to figure out if Jiraya is better at teaching than the third.
3. Exactly Madara said weak senju's are the worst. Meaning that during his fight with her and the other gokages he thought of her as weak and she was only getting toyed with. I will give her points here because she did give everyone the morale to continue the fight despite the fact Madara was toying with them.
4. The fifth hokage was trying to replicate the firsts healing ability and created her own technique. Just like Minato and the Rasegan. Inventiveness is only effective if you can use the jutsu you create effectively. Yet she turns into a old lady when her jutsu runs out of charka.
5. Not sure how that is important in a decision based discussion. You said you weren't comparing battle feats.
6. Experience is only good if you use it correctly and she gambles despite not begin any good so she loses points there.
7. Minato protected Kohana without losing his life. He sacrificed his life to ensure the hidden leafs future. Tsunade clearly wasn't able too stop Pain form making the village into a crater. A decent offensive attack would have stopped pain. Bad decision Tsunade.
8. First this battle feat leans towards Minato because its a testament to how good he is that a god like begin and to fight him before he gets solo'd also Madara reacted to Minato by reflex only. Again its a battle feat doesn't count here.
9. Ok yes everyone acknowledged her hard work against Madara. However he said Hashirama was better than her in healing strength and fought a real battle with him. Madara also said she was stronger than Raikage.
