Whats with this interview about kishimoto?

I've been hearing around that appearantly kishimoto said in an interview a while ago (few years ago or more) that if itachi and madara fought then itachi would win? Dir kishi actually say that or is it fake? Cause I've seen a lot of people bring this up..
