The battle would have to play out in individual fights. Naruto nor Sasuke would not allow a "blitz" to occur on one of their allies. Simply not happening. Amaterasu can easily be countered via Chakra Cloak or Kakashi seeing the influx of chakra build up around Sasuke's eye and warn the team. Kamui, Katsuyu cloak also provide adequate defense.
As far as one-on-one fights, any match-up goes in favor of Team 7. I will provide short synopsis of how each would go. Remember, Karin can't use chains.

Naruto has already proven to be quite above Sasuke on certain terms. Naruto's BSM is far stronger than Sasuke's PS and EMS.
The ability of Naruto to spam clones that are equal to his level already makes the situation difficult for Sasuke. The speed each individual clone possesses makes it near impossible for Sasuke to predict where the attack will come from. Flame control would obviously add to Sasuke's defense against physical attacks concerning his Susano'o, but that's where my next point comes into play. From afar, Naruto clones could launch multiple Bijuu Bombs that would annihilate any form of defense Sasuke tries to front. Amaterasu is easily defended against via Bijuu Transformation.
Also, Naruto has Sage Mode which would require him only to get close to Sasuke in order to land attack due to Kawazu Kumite. Summonings of high tier frogs would prove further trouble for Sasuke as well. Their ability to acutely provide reasonable battle power would make things hell for Sasuke who only has a Hawk (no feats) and a Snake (no feats).
My final point is one which many people have seem to forgotten about. Naruto would be able to use Ma and Pa against Sasuke seeing as how the Kyuubi wouldn't reject them anymore. Their sound Genjutsu would solo Sasuke in a matter of Seconds.
Naruto wins this battle highhandedly.

2) Naruto vs. Karin:
This fight is one where many claim on this thread would be in Karin's favor seeing as she can use her chakra chains to withhold Naruto from moving and using his BM. No one seems to get the fact that she is not able to use this ability freely, and only showed it under extreme emotional duress. Now, even if she was able to use it at will, she would have an extremely difficult time of capturing Naruto as his speed would literally make it impossible to catch him, even with her sensing ability. As far as the battle, Karin lacks any type of offensive strategy to wound or even hurt Naruto. A blitz would occur and she would easily be knocked out by Naruto.
3) Naruto vs. Juugo:
This battle is much more respectable than the previous but ultimately, Naruto would still win. Juugo has immense power and strength, but the likes of which wouldn't hurt Naruto (too seriously) if even struck by a blow. Juugo's pseudo laser beam would prove difficult, but he would have to hit Naruto first. That being said, Naruto's speed would allow him to come close and knock out Juugo with a Rasengan (regular or any variant) or take him out from afar with a Bijuu Bomb.
Suigetsu is immune to physical attacks due to his ability to change his physical make-up into water meaning Naruto's hand-to-hand combat would be useless (although not really depending on strength of blow). Naruto's counter to this power would be to hit him with special type attacks like Rasengan. Suigetsu is NOT faster than Naruto so he would be a very easy target. A Rasengan or a Bijuu Bomb would end Suigetsu meaning it would take quite a while for Suigetsu to reform.
5) Sakura vs. Sasuke:
No need for me to explain this one in depth. Sakura lacks the array of abilities Sasuke possess to fight toe-to-toe with him. His Susano'o, Amaterasu, and, Lightning style would end her in an instant.
6) Sakura vs. Karin:
Sakura's brute strength would prove to difficult for Karin to overcome. Sakura is faster, stronger, smarter, and better than Karin at EVERYTHING. Karin has no offense to counter Sakura's gauntlet. The only thing Karin has is her healing and sensing ability which both become useless if a finishing blow is given. Sakura's Byakugou seal further scrutinizes Karin's situation as literally all of Sakura's feats increase dramatically. In now way shape or form would Karin be able to win.
7) Sakura vs. Suigetsu:
Same goes as above. Suigetsu does not possess his sword. He is not near a body of water. Due to these factors, his offense is severely limited. His only attack is his water pistol which has decent speed and can become a hindrance. That being said, the technique is nothing too serious and a Cherry Blossom Smash would literally destroy Suigetsu, the strength of which would cause him not to be able to reform for quite some time. He would not be fast enough to match Sakura when in her Byakugou state and any attack he would land would immediately be healed due to the former. Next.
8) Sakura vs. Juugo:
Juugo is the second toughest match-up for Sakura but she still wins. Juugo's physical strength would only match hers in his "crazy" state. His speed would considerably be above hers as well as destructive ability due to him being able to use his laser beam. This all changes when Sakura uses Byakugou. Every attribute of Sakura would increase, and while her speed might not match Juugo's still, her physical strength would be above. All she would need to due is land some really good hits on Juugo and he would be out. Katsuyu would also makes things more difficult as her acid technique would melt through Juugo and her maneuverability would make it impossible for Juugo to be able to take advantage of her size (Katsuyu's ability to divide quickly and assimilate quickly). If used as a barrier, Katsuyu would reduce plenty of Juugo's offense to nothing.
Same as Sakura, Sai lacks an array of offense to deal with Sasuke's destructive capabilities. A rape ensues.
Karin is a sitting duck as she has no offensive means. Her tracking would not be of use as Sai would always be in sight. Sai uses his painting ability to fly. From there, he spams versions of hisSuper Beast Imitating Jutsu, defeating her in the process. Also, Ink Clones would increasingly make the situation more devastating as their would be multiple attacks to deal with.
11) Sai vs. Suigetsu:
This fight is a little more even, but Sai still wins. Suigetsu does not have his sword, and with no body of water would have to use his water gun to try and defeat Sai who would be aboard an ink bird spamming his beast ability and ink clones. Some would say he lacks a strong enough technique to devastate Suigetsu, but that's where his Sealing Technique: Tiger Vision Staring Bullet comes into effect. If the user can make use of their emotions, the seal becomes stronger. All he would need to do is distract Suigetsu and seal him. Match done.
12) Sai vs. Juugo:
The hardest battle for Sai but basically goes the same way. If Sai can maintain his distance (which he can quite easily) Juugo will be a sitting duck. Of course, Juugo can stretch but Sai's maneuverability would make it hard to capture him. In Juugo's crazed state, his speed and destructive abilities could prove dangerous, but that again comes down to hitting Sai who would spam Ink Clones and Drawing Beast techniques to rapidly weaken/tire him before finishing him off with a sealing technique or his blade.
13) Kakashi vs. Sasuke:
Sasuke wins this with some difficulty only because off Kakashi's Kamui. Once he gets around that, Kakashi has no defense that can withstand the might of Sasuke's attacks.
14) Kakashi vs. Karin:
Kakashi is known to have copied 1,000 techniques, making his offense 1,000 times more potent than Karin who literally has none. His Sharingan would predict her movements allowing him to counter decisively via Chidori or Rakiri. Also, Kamui could warp her head off and kill her instantly as she has no way to dodge this technique.
Juugo in his original form would not be a match for Kakashi. His Sharingan would make the latter to slow, and his array of jutsu would systematically wear down Juugo until he succumbs to a well timed/ versed Kamui. Remember, Kakashi could use this at the beginning of the match and instantly kill Juugo but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt. Juugo in his crazed form would be much more formidable due to speed increase and strength increase, but Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan could reasonably predict his movements allowing him to counter with an array of jutsu. Juugo's beams would be nullified due to Kamui (don't say they're to fast because Kakashi warped Sasuke's Susano'o arrow point blank). Chidori or Rakiri ends this when Kakashi creates an opening via his Sharingan which would (barely) be able to keep him ahead of Juugo.
16) Kakashi vs. Suigetsu:
This match-up is very bad for Suigetsu. His water forming ability would not work as Kakashi could use lightning to significantly hurt him. Kakashi's speed is too much for Suigetsu so his water bullets wouldn't do a thing (Kakashi can predict them). Also, Kamui ends this in an instant.

I understand that but the only reason it's going up is to protect kakashi when he starts quick scoping.
The avatart can block ama but susanno can't stop kamui.

Team 7 wins but people saying Naruto throws sasuke are plain stupid, if he's in the air he'll just summon a hawk and clone isn't any help here, also kamui is a waste of chakra against a moving person, just like amaterasu proven by deidara
You do know Naruto was in intense training before entering the war right? Then he split his chakra 1/13th when he made 12 clones even when he wasn't suppose too. Kurama told Naruto he can use clones after he gathered more chakra, Naruto made 4 clones as he passed out chakra to the alliance. Kurama has near infinite chakra, Naruto has half of that with him, that's more than Sasuke have so he can make 20 clones and still have more than Sasuke in each clone. Naruto couldn't stay in BM before because his connection with Kurama was still knew, Their connection became complete when Naruto was taken to where the other Bijuus were, Kurama said they were now completely linked.
Naruto had Kurama's chakra which at half power is more than all other Bijuus, it even matched 5 fully powered Bijuus power wise. So don't talk about chakra to maintain it when his BM form is just him taking on the Bijuu's form, his chakra only increases when he transforms. It is Sasuke who wastes chakra with his Susanoo up while Naruto's is an actual transformation.

There is no need to sakura and sai.Make naruto give kyuubi chakra to kakashi and watch him solo the fodders with neg diff.
