I know that u would say something like that which is why Iam asking u to bring me the scans of Kabuto using those abilities without SM.Kimimaro's jutsu's aren't going to do anything against Minato and the sound genjutsu without SM boost is as good as nothing against a kage level shinobi as even kid Shikamaru managed to counter it.He ain't even getting time to defend himself against Minato,let alone pulling sound 4 jutsu's to use the against Minato.

You are using event sequence to determine that feat is only accessible during Sage Mode, when this feat has nothing to do with Sage Mode to begin with.

I don't even know how having Oro's DNA increases Kabuto's chakra levels,if anything he need to suppress Oro's chakra with his own as Oro's chakra always tries to take over his body.

1. I didn't give any hype or assumptions. For me to do that is by making a claim without any scans to prove, which I gave clearly.
2. Orochi doesn't have RDS so wtf are you talking about
3. The difference between Sasuke and Kabuto is Sasuke took over Orochimaru's body while Kabuto stole the remaining DNA, stealing his life force <--Which I already gave proof. I also proved that he can use Sakon's KKG to create Orochimaru himself[

There is no delay in FTG. The jutsu is instant. The user isn't however. So the delay you're talking about comes from the dodge/attack speed of the user, not from the jutsu. Minato's attack speed is faster than Kabuto's however, so he isn't escaping anything.

Obito's intangibility is instant and he activates it so fast he can appear, take Sasuke and teleport him before Onoki erases them with his Jinton, all that before him even knowing he was there, yet Minato was capable to dodge his touch milimeter away by teleporting behind himself on his back at the last second and finish him with a rasengan all that before he activates his intangibility. Kabuto would be terribly outclassed in speed here

Speed is not helping him win this battle as he has nothing really effective to finish off Kabuto. Minato is terribly outclassed in endurance and effective finishers.
