No boo, seeing as how he has a tongue sword he would need to jerk her head sideways to do it and that would made him open for tsunade's attack, she you one grab the sword and use it against him, or break it and punch him, He can only impale with the sword. Oral Rebirth, sure, but that would give her enough time to undo his seal activate her jutsu once more, she can't do this? HOw will Orochimaru outseal her own sealed chakra... and If I remember her unseal Naruto chakra, and Im sure Tsunade can just release her chakra again.

Oh yeah, he did use it against NAruto, but he already had a seal, and how do we know that not just for chakra on the belly, her chakra sprouts from her forehead, their is no proof that it would work against her. And still that is a risk move.
And the only funny thing is that you misread, she was going to easily kill him with medical ninjutsu, she was going to heal him to death. Come correct.

I do know Orochimaru's abilities. He's one of my favorite characters. I'm sure he won't he try to use the seal. He knows what Tsunade can do. His oral rebirth isn't fast enough if he is right in front of Tsunade trying to lay his hand on Tsunade. Oral rebirth isn't an instant jutsu, he need to make it happen first. Also he never left the old body that fast. Also when Sasuke used it he was VERY slow crawling out of the old body. Kabuto has better oral rebirth.

Tsunade needs to make Orochimaru use oral rebirth until he runs out out of chakra or summon Katsuyu and make her spread everywhere.
Also Tsunade's style involves attacking at all times. Orochimaru won't find the opening to use edo tensei. If the distance is enough he could pull it off and then beat Tsunade easily.
I don't involve techs like edo tensei to match ups since it requires prep time.

I don't even understand the first part... Tongue sword? Grab it? Break the diamond-hard sword that can be moved telepathically and turn into a snake? Don't think so.

Manda counters Katsuyu. He's too quick to get hit by Katsuyu, and he can surprise her with underground attacks. And if he somehow does hey hit, he can shed his skin.
You think Tsunade can prevent Orochimaru from weaving 4 hand signs and clapping his hands? Orochimaru is faster than Tsunade, he has a 4.5 compared to Tsunade's 3.5 in the databook. That, and he can always use Leech All Creation to evade her.

Kusanagi can cut and slice and chop Tsunade up. He has far too much for her straight forward and predictable style.

Katsuya would get killed by Manda or Gumabunta with mid difficulty, all she really does is split herself up & heal. Does she have any attacks? lol Tsunade's Regeneration does run out so I wouldn't say it renders her immortal, & once it does run out she's finished(%15 if even that). Jiraiya's Sage Mode has a time limit as well but he'll just go back to normal(%65 +/- 5 ) after it wears off.
