Yet Naruto could not do it with a hand while Sasuke used only one to contribute to the jutsu. Naruto also could not hold the technique and gave it ti Sasuke. Madara absorbed both techniques.

Try not to mix up chakra quantity and chakra quality.

Naruto has more stamina and chakra than Sasuke. That means Naurto can use very powerful jutsu and have the reserves to spam them thanks to his bloodline and Kurama.

Sasuke's chakra quality is better. This means that, though sasuke can't keep up the amount of jutsu he uses as long as Naruto does, his chakra is more potent and thus smaller scale jutsu are invariably more powerful than Naruto's smaller scale jutsu.

Ex: Kirin > Futon Rasenshuriken

Both are S Rank, but Kirin would do more damage because of Sasuke's Uchiha blood. If Naruto Knew Kirin, He would be able to spam it more than Sasuke but it wouldn't be as powerful.

In the case of this post, it was a team effort. Both had to adjust to compensate for the other. Naruto had to adjust the output of his chakra to match Sasuke, and Sasuke had to adjust the quality of his chakra to Naruto in order for their jutsu to function.

It was 50/50 on both their parts.

One more thing:

Naruto's Futon Rasenshuriken is a variation of the Rasengan (duh) but you seem to have forgotten that in order to produce a Rasengan you need the right amount of chakra, It needs to be condensed, and it need proper rotation. This is why Minato never mastered it. Naruto needs a shadow clone just to produce a regular Rasengan unless he is in Sage Mode. He needed 2 clones for Rasen Shuriken. So his 3 arms is not an atestment to his lack of chakra but how difficult the jutsu is to pull off.

Stamina means Naruto has more chakra plus because of his Uzumaki heritage he has a strong life force meaning that he can still move even if he has very little chakra left.

However Sasuke has more powerful chakra because of his Uchiha heritage. His chakra is more sinister than Kurama's (Kurama's own words).

This means he can perform high level techniques without using a lot of chakra. Thats why he was able to use Fire techniques while he was still in the Academy. Even Kakashi said that Sasuke shouldn't be able to use fire techniques like that at that age.

During this combo attack, Sasuke let Nardo create FRS first then he matched the chakra output that Naruto was producing using his sharingan. This has nothing to do with Stamina. This just shows that Sasuke has the ability to read the chakra output from a person and match it in this case.

I'm not saying that a technique which requires 1 hand is better than the technique which requires 3 hands, but that Sasuke did with only one hand what Naruto could do only with three. There is a significant difference in strength. Sasuke is also the one who landed the attack on Obito, Naruto's hand was not holding the technique.
