He sometimes wears a green t-shirt with a bear picture on under his jacket, a white tank top, and occasionally a dark red t-shirt. He has medium-brown hair and a double-chin. Cartman likely has blue irises. And most importantly, he is overweight.
Personality: Cartman is described in various terms; in short, he is an evil, vicious, angry, and insane child. He is the most foul-mouthed character in the show. He is also racist and stereotypes almost everyone he sees. The very dark, usually disturbing undertones to his personality often hint at an extreme mental imbalance. Apart from being portrayed as having a general lack of moral responsibility or social conscience, he also seems to take pleasure from others' misfortune and is generally unable to show empathy, although there have been exceptions. Cartman can, on rare occasions, show compassion towards cats. This compassion hints that he has not progressed to be a full sociopath. Kyle sums up Cartman's character as a "fat, racist, self-centered, intolerant, manipulative sociopath".
He has been shown to harass and bully people at his school, and, as a result, many people in the show despise him. Cartman, however, does not consider himself to be a bully who likes to pick on other people to pleasure himself; in fact, he seems to disregard good or bad altogether (or perhaps simply does not have a concept of it) and does whatever he feels necessary for him to get ahead. Cartman seems to be motivated not so much by personal gain as by asserting superiority over others.
He won $20 in a bet with Kyle, but, instead of using the money, he simply kept flaunting it in front of Kyle until Kyle conceded that Cartman was right, ruining his sense of victory and causing him to throw a tantrum.Kyle makes a $10 bet that he can get a platinum album before Cartman, Cartman makes a successful album and makes millions of dollars and earning the album. But, when Cartman wins a myrrh album and discovers that the Christian companies do not give out platinum albums ,thus meaning he cannot win the bet, he angrily destroys the myrrh album, showing that he did not care how he just made millions of dollars, he just wanted to beat Kyle in a bet.

Background Info
History: Cartman was born to Liane Nara and Jack Cartman, into the village hidden in the leafs. Cartman grew up with out a dad, as he was with his other family. Cartman grew up doing whatever he wants, whenever he wants. Due to his mother letting do what he wants, he started doing bad things. Over the ten years of his life, he has gained a large criminal record.
Cartman's criminal record includes but isn't limited to: Murder, Prostitution, Vandalism, Manslaughter, Murder By Proxy, Enforced Suicide, Animal Abuse, Attempted Murder, Attempted Genocide, Enforced Cannibalism, Assault, Smuggling, Drug Possession, Theft/Obstruction of Criminal Investigation, Armed Robbery, Violation of Firearm Laws/Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, Arson, Grave robbing, Hate Crimes, Kidnapping and False Imprisonment, Unlicensed Surgery, Terrorism, War Crimes, Medical Terrorism, Violation and Obstruction of the Pure Food and Drug Act, Piracy, Breaking and Entering, Credit Fraud and Identity Theft, Embezzlement, Underage Driving/Hit and Run, Resisting Arrest, Child Abuse, Shoplifting, Blackmailing, Framing, False Evidence, Torture, Fraud/Plagiarism, Rape, Forceful Confinement, Contempt of Court, Vigilantism, Submitting False Evidence, Slander, and Hitchhiking. Behind all these crimes are a story, most likely, a interesting, humerus story.
When doing these crimes, Cartman has expressed many talents. With these talents, he has completed his crimes, mostly in ways others would find genius, or insane.
Cartman has shown to know many talents, most unknown where he picked them up. These talents are: Manipulation and Leadership, Ventriloquism, Electronics, Multilingualism (fluent Spanish, knowledge of German, and repetition of French), Music, Photography, Weaponry, and cooking. Behind all these talents may be a interesting story, or a boring one.
Once, he got curious about who his father is, he had never known him. When he asked around for his father, the only answer he was, "Stay out of this." or "Don't go digging." Ect. While he held a ginger at gun point, he was overpowered. While he was being mind raped with the things going on around them, his half brother, Scott, had told him the truth. They shared the same father, making them half brothers. The reason this newly found info was so surprising, Cartman had a feud with Scott. Scott had tricked him out of sixteen dollar and fifty cent and Cartman wanted his money. Scoot had burned his money and laughed at him, telling him he would never get his money. Cartman had murdered Scoot's mother and father, indirectly, and made them into chile. He forced Scott into eating his parents, thus getting his revenge for his money. Cartman wasn't worried about him killing his father, but was worried that his father was ginger, making him part ginger.
Cartman has many adventures with his "friends". Cartman and his friends has adventures all across the lands, the seas, and the air. The rest of Cartman's history is yet to unfold.
