I'm sorry but without KKG... Naruto can't achieve top 10.

The ability to hold the ninetails is a trait unique to the Uzumaki Bloodline since they wield special chakra, and this my friend, as the Sharingan, is an special Kekkei Genkai.

So, without KKG, BSM doesn't exist.

I don't see Deidara, Sasori or Kabuto.

Also, Gaara has Jiton. It's Kekkei Genkai. Remove him. And anyway, Deidara > Gaara.

Gaara doesn't have Jiton, if he did, he wouldn't need to mix the Fourth Kazekage's Gold Dust in with his sand to use it. This was furhter emphasised when we found out the Third Kazekage studied Shukaku's ability but could not imitate it without mixing it with iron sand.

Jiton is the manipulation of metal (particles).

Gaara manipulates sand because of Karura's love protecting him/It's Shukaku's ability (probably still part of the reason, a phenomenon , much like how Voldemort couldn't kill Harry Potter for the same reason.

I know what you're thinking of, and that would be logical but this is a manga aimed for younger audiences and more often than not, science is grossly over-simplified. The main example being implanting DNA and it manifesting, which wouldn't happen.

Firstly, Kakashi is great, but do you really think he belongs THAT high despite not having a sharingan? Secondly, for people saying that deidara and gaara belong high on here, deidara is explosive release, and gaara's ability seems like a derivative of magnet release (like that used by the 3rd and 4th kazekages.
