No, but you can base it off the amount of chakra which the Juubi had at the time around Hagoromo's fight. ( Which by the looks of it seems to be a lot less than the current one in the war ) Also, we do know that he wasn't able to destroy the Gedo Mazou.

I never stated that he was weak, I stated that he was weaker than what the legends states and what the fans think. ( Its also only logical, or how else can you explain that Hagoromo wasn't able to even damage nor destroy the Gedo Mazou, yet Kakashi has not only damaged it but shown that he is able to destroy it with the use of Kamui.

I already saw the scans and this is fake. The actual manga 661, Kurama talks to Naruto inside of him about the S6P, reminded him of the time he received chakra from other beasts, etc... Naruto thought he lost Kurama, but .... you will see

The Juubi that we saw managed to reached its full and complete stage, the Shinju. It was everything but incomplete. The Juubi is able to regenerate the chakra if it has a sample of it. When Obito stated that he wanted to revive it in its complete form, he just meant that he wanted to revive it as the Shinju, but since he lacked the entire Nine-Tails and Eight-Tails, he had to revive it in a incomplete form, and thus he had to wait for it to mature and regenerate the missing chakra from the Nine-Tails and Eight-Tails. ( Until it reached its final stage, shortly after being sealed within Obito. )

You know that the god tree is weaker than the juubi? It maybe has more chakra. But to fight the hermit of the six paths it had to become "mobile".

( As in, it just had that to refill at the time since it was going into its 3rd evolution stage ) Still, by the size of the Bijuu's inside of it compared to those at the time of the Sage, it still had more chakra. ( Chakra = Strength ) ( For a Bijuu )

The original form, which means that it is the point where it has the most chakra, as the Juubi was a devolution of the Shinju.
