The additional Susanoo arm that Sasuke produces is significantly larger than the Kyuubi's arm and it isn't even armored. His PS is undoubtedly larger than Naruto's Kurama avatar.

Yeah, Sasuke's PS overtaking Kurama and even being able to grow an extra limb does kinda mean Sasuke's had room to spare. But even Sasuke's legged susanoo was shown at about even height to Naruto's kyuubi so of course Sasuke's would be larger

A Susanoo that isn't coating the Kyuubi will still have significant volume.

a susanoo composed of just an outer layer around bijuu mode will have significantly less volume than bijuu mode

if sasuke were to use the same amount of chakra to form a stand alone susanoo, it will be around the same size of bijuu mode, and the size of the arm can be adjusted lol

Isn't this known and obvious?

Susanno is huge. Heck, Sasuke's V3 Susanno was around the same size as Kurama Avatar. He clearly had to downsize it to fit around Kurama, which isn't a bad thing.

Compare the size of that arm to the Kyuubi's own arm (that is being armored by Susanoo).
