She has healing Jutsu, Neji gets massively impaled, does she heal him...? NOPE ._. Sits at sidelines like a *****. Delivers 1 punch on fodder, doesn't even finish it and thinks that she is Naruto/Sasuke level for it. NOPE. She says she doesn't need their saving and immediately needs them to rescue her. She is a fail of a failure standing in the way of my NaruHina <3.

People hate Sakura because of the way she's portrayed and written by Kishi. She has all this strength and these skills that she ALMOST never uses. She is simply just a whiney ***** on the side who not only treats the one who's constantly protecting her and everyone else like crap because she's in love with the very same person who tried to kill her without so much as an apology. Nobody fears Sakura being better than their favorites because without said favorite's (depending on who they are) she would have died many times over. Sakura is destined to be a damsel in distress no matter what she will always be fodderized because Kishi cannot write female characters.

I am defending the other guy because what you're saying seems to be aimed directly at making him look like a fool. I apologize if I am wrong.

I respect what you've posted here, but the irrational hate for a fictional character like Sakura on the likes of this site will never die. People don't have anything better to do than hate her. I could maybe understand hating a character, but at least have a good reason. In short, there's more good than bad when it comes to her. I think you are "jumping the gun" on Sakura's potential. Sakura will surpass Tsunade in a few years (in skills/ not knowledge). She has already mastered the seal, which means she can propel herself quickly, and strike hard enough to cause the earth to shatter. You have to chop off her head to beat her, and or special jutsu's. She will do something that blows every ones mind before the manga's end.

Current Sakura is = part1 naruto and part 1 sasuke

i have a doubt that she still cannot survive against Base naruto's Tajuu kage bunshins

INO diverted the direction of JUUBI's TBB

I don't deny her character has decent representations but her development is too inconsistent...Feels like Kishi does not know what to do with her character. He throws a bone infront of her characterization once in a while to not let her character die completely (like in forrest of death or kazekage rescue arc) but it is still suffering.

Sakura was useless in part 1, she was the brain and the heart of the team. She was the one keeping the team together in a sense. And her being "useless" as you guys call it, made Naruto and Sasuke get the development they needed to be wear they are. We have seen her skills too in part 1 that weren't that flashy but they were still impressive, she was simply held back to play that damsel role

Feme don't even comment. We all know your a huge sakura and tsunade fan. You just make people hate her more. She was the brain? She was a useless burden for them in part one. She says so her self so many times.

... It seems to be lacking here. Her story is one of struggling to overcome her lack of, for lack of a better word, specialness.

During part 1, it seemed as though every single person around sakura had some special ability and a promise to become great ninja, whereas all sakura had was a voice in her head and her cry no jutsu. Face it, part 1 sakura was useless... Or was she?

I think kishi made part 1 sakura useless intentionally to show us our potential. Like I said, part 1 sakura was weak as hell, but current sakura is definitly top 25. With yin seal and her power strikes and her int. level, she is all but unbeatable in close range. But how does that show us OUR potential?

Simple. Sakuras character is like any one of us. We see people around us with special traits/looks/abilities and we want to be awesome just like they are, we just need to grow up and get determined to accomplish these things. Sakura busted her butt to get where she is without a demon or special eyes or a kkg, just a regular person who is now an awesome ninja and possibly a greater medic than tsunade.

Long story short, part 1 sakura was useless until she became determined and tried harder, now she's awesome.. We are the same as her.

sure .................... don't really have an opinion on Sakura as a character and i don't get why people can't grasp the fact that she's the medic of team7 and so far she did her job well (impressive feats in the war arc), so it's like being disappointed about Itachi not having any medical/healing jutsu (not his role/specialization).

if there's anything annoying about this character, it's her over the top attachment to the kid (Sasuke) that tried to kill her/her village/her sensei/her friends BUT, the same can be said about Naruto himself :yeah:

Shes the medic? Whats a medic. All I have been seeing in the war arc is naruto handing out chackra to everyone. Tsunade evryone is fodder compared to Narutos mass chackra donation life saving plan. Naruto doesn't need her. Sasuke really doesn't as he just needs chackra more or juugo for body part replace or karin. She only helped once after naruto handed out shit loads of chackra.
