Would you still have watched/be interested in Naruto if Sasuke was a female?

Imo I would still watch it and honestly imo would do justice to the females of the manga since so many believe they under appreciated. Also alot of people didn't like how Naruto was "obsessed" to bring Sasuke back to the village even being as so desperate as to get beaten up over it and to hyperventilate over him.

People serious or joking have made it seem like they have a homosexual relationship even if its not true.. many also believe naruto shouldn't have gone so far for just a friend. This is where Sasuke being a female comes in.. this could've been a love interest for Naruto and wouldn't have seemed as bad considering how naruto is trying to get back someone he loves. (of course there still would be criticism) This would also be one way to end the senju/uchiha hatred

I would not have been as interested. The way they have it now gives off intense scenes, and a great story line and is not basically over looking a relationship which could have developed between the two if Sasuke was a girl.

I agree females can still be great leads and characters. But for the series of Naruto, it would have developed into a relationship between Naruto and (girl)Sasuke. It would have been to easy to understand the plot and very predictable throughout the manga and we all know that they would have ended up together.

But I agree he could put more romance in it.
