Do you think Ace's death was sadder than all the major deaths in Naruto?

If you have a extreme bias against either series, I'd rather you not vote. This is for fans of both Naruto and One Piece.

Me personally I pick Ace because to see the extremes that Luffy and the allied pirates made to rescue him just for him to sacrifice his life for Luffy hurt me. And Luffy's reaction was perfectly done by Oda, he went into a coma from the shock. The way all the pirates and Luffy's crew reacted to it was sad too. And Luffy and Ace's flashback makes Ace's death unwatchable for me now.

And it kinda annoys me that Ace died hating his father who asked Garp to take care of his son, but whatever.

Didn't shed a single tear when Ace died. The things happening around were too badass. Plus, never had a connection with Ace.

Now Jiraiya's death was just depressing.

Uh Tiger Fisher's death was also more depressing, and the queen of fishman island's death also was more depressing than Ace's.

Jiraiya's death was just epic, everything about it was just perfect, one piece to me just makes it hard to get attached to characters, and the art style to me detracts from realistic emotional experiences.

I can't really take OP seriously because of its art style, I guess it's just me though :| But then again, none of deaths in Naruto seemed sad to me either. Instead I'm glad they were there to move the story forward.

Well obviously Ace's was more intense than Neji's given the fact that the war in One Piece was completely centered around saving Ace. Neji just came outta nowhere one chapter and died at the end of it..I was like whatever..

Oh how spoilers can ruin a good reading experience. That's why I don't go on forums or read up on a manga that I'm completely caught up with. When I got into One Piece my friends ruined so many things for me, but Ace's death still had a big impact because the entire arc was centered around Luffy's determination to save him.
