Sasuke has knowledge on Jinton. He knows very well that he needs to get rid of Ohnoki as soon as possible, considering that his fighting style is basically spamming EMS techniques, Amaterasu will do the trick. Ohnoki lacks the speed to avoid Amaterasu because he surely isn't as fast as V2 Ei.

Not even close. Enton Arrows cannot be countered by them and can only be evaded by Ei while the others would die. And if you have actually paid some attention to our arguments, you could have noticed that Jinton can be countered even if it is fired off (which is extremely doubtful).

Tsunade cannot heal absolutely anyone if she is dead. She'd have to be stationary in order to heal them and Sasuke just happens to have an arsenal full of one-shot techniques that cannot be countered by her even if she isn't stationary and is running around.​

There we go... finally an argument. Although, partially invalid. You're under the notion that anyone of them besides Ei can even hope to dodge Amaterasu. Ei can dodge, but he can't sponge the hit, and isn't helping them in any sense. Ohnoki/Mei/Tsunade don't possess the necessary reaction time or physical speed to dodge or anticipate Amaterasu at all. As I established, the only people to actively dodge or anticipate it are Ei and Obito as Jinchuriki because of 1. Overwhelming speed (Ei) or 2. Superior sensing (Juubi Jinchuriki Obito actually said he sensed the build-up in Sasuke's eye). Ohnoki doesn't possess these abilities, and neither does any of the Gokage bar Ei, and his ability to dodge it only pertains to himself and doesn't have any applications towards teamwork.

And could you so cleverly elucidate at any point beyond PS did Madara act serious? He literally asked them if they wanted the MokuBunshin to use Susano'o. He was toying with them from the start. He even let them breach his armor to reveal Hashirama's face. And making Sasuke the same as Madara in this scenario is futile. Madara didn't/doesn't have Amaterasu, let alone on Sasuke's level of Mastery which would of let him pick off the slower Kage's much easier.

It will, but I don't need to include the Enton Blade in my arguments right now. And the feats are in the thread. He can shoot off multiple of them at once and they are so fast that Kakashi was forced to use Kamui in order for him not to get hit by them.​

Its speed. Kakashi needed his near instantaneous Kamui to stop it at the bridge or he would have died. Not to mention, coated in Enton would give it both more destructive power and more lasting power once the Arrow has finished being launched in any given trajectory.
