Just how powerful would Itachi be if he had EMS and PS(full control like Madara)

I would imagine he would be leagues above everyone due to Totsuka blade and Yata Mirror but i wanna hear you guys opinions, just how powerful would Itachi be?

Edit: he is not sick but at 100%.

That is a massive change..specially on the likes of Itachi.

He'd be exactly the same like the one guy said. Ps requires a large chakra store and stamina itachi is mediocre in both. His susanoo might look like sasukes bird like susanoo but that's about it.

Slightly more powerful, but nowhere near the likes of Madara. It'd be different if Itachi obtained the Rinnegan.
Madara is too overpowered to put it simply.
