MS Shisui with kotoamasukami > Rinegan.
Double MS Obito > Renigan easily.

Only Itachi MS is debatable then and Rinegan probably beats.

Makes a total of 66.66 percentage for MS favour.

With EMS included, that makes a total of 80 percentage and Rinegan has only 20% in powerwise.

Funny thing is many people fail to see that the black jinton element that Obito used is usable by Rinnegan users. Hiruzen said it was created with at least 4 elements while jinton is made of 3. Rinnegan allows you to master all 6 chakra elements which Nagato did as a kid, he literally could use any variations he wanted since the Rinnegan is the creator of all ninjutsus. The power to cancel/destroy all ninjutsu was also Rinnegan power, the power to create ninjutsu would also be the power to destroy it. Why didn't Kishi let Nagato use those powers if he had them? Simple, he was already a god with him limited to only 6 abilities and soloed everyone, he only ever lost to plot.

Funny how Nagato who was a path of the Sage was weakened from using the Gedo Mezo but Obito who was a lesser Path of the Sage could control it without getting chakra Rods in his back.
