There was a thread regarding Sasuke reading the Uchiha tablet earlier, but my question is did Madara read the whole thing? Now, don't get me wrong, i'm aware he read it with EMS, but after his battle with Hashirama at VoTE, he took his cells and somehow survived. Now, after this he gained the Rinnegan at the end of his regular life-span, but then gave it to Nagato. So, since Madara didn't read all of the tablet, is there still some major points we don't know?​

Nah, I don't think he got the chance too. I don't see how he could have used the Rinnegan to read the tablet whenever he unlocked it before he died in that cave. So no, he probably didn't read the whole thing to its entirety. And there probably are some major points we don't know yet. It's possible that Kishi will use the fact that he hasn't read it all later in the story to reveal more about the Sage.

Probably more on the Sage's history. I think it would be how he invented ninjutsu and the words and philosophy he told others as he spread the idea of ninjutsu to others, and that the power should only be used to protect people. Something along those lines.

The only possible way how we can know about the last part is.

- the sage revival or his soul coming within naruto or sasuke.
- sasuke getting the rinnegan.
- orochimaru dechiphered it.
