Since he's Edo, he's practically an EMS user. Tsukiyomei is beyond both Tsunade and Onoki's capabilities of defending against, IMO.

I also think Itachi is more than fast enough to evade Jinton, the question is, is Onoki fast enough to evade Amaterasu?

Yet you don't take into factor of Itachi's other genjutsu techniques which do not require eye contact? Onoki knowing how to battle against the sharigan genjutsu won't be ready for someone of Itachi's caliber.

As for your reference to tsunade healing the effects of tysuyukomi on other people, won't help in the end when it has been cast on herself.

I was still going on the basis that she would have intel. I really don't see here instantly succoming to Tsukiyomi either,

. Byakugo probably allows her to heal the mental damage without having to conentrate and do it herself.

To be clear though, Im not saying the Kages win. I just think this is a decent match.

Itachi. Without a doubt. Any Mangekyo technique one shots Tsunade, whether Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu or Susanoo. Does it with Oonoki as well. He can try to avoid eye contact, but will end immediately as fodder for Amaterasu. I guess Itachi could avoid Jinton with speed, given the fact that Madara fodderized Muu despite of having no counter against Jinton when alive and with MS only. Surely, Yata would take care of Jinton anyways.

For Oonoki, other Genjutsu are surely enough, too. Let him avoid eye contact and he will send out crows to distract him and same time catch him in a Genjutsu.

Even if you add Ei and Mei, they wouldn't beat Edo Itachi, as he can spamm Mangekyo techniques of Tsukuyomi's and Amaterasu's level and possesses perfect protection due to Susanoo, which wields two supernatural items that grant him ultimate offense and defense (even against Jinton). You would need Gaara, to do something against Susanoo.

Either of them can solo him IMO.

Tsunade can give Onoki some of her Chakra, and then Onoki can use the huge cube they did against Madara
which cost of defeating 25 susanoos and destroying half of Madara's body.

So, the kages win low difficult.

I wouldn't say Itachi can do the same since Madara has dispalyed that feat by crossing country distances on foot very quickly with his fight against Hashirama.....Madara's foot speed is really fast compare to Itachi's​
