Why don't people reply to my threads?

Is there some sort of technique to get people to reply to your threads? I just don't get it. Every time I make a thread, I get about 10-15 replies at best, and then the thread dies that very day. You don't even see it on the list anymore the next day. Meanwhile, there are other threads that get into the 50's and hundreds of replies. These threads last for days. Any advice?

Troll to you heart content. Apparently, you have to make a name for yourself. In order to make a name, you have to bash a character. That character is mostly Sakura or Sasuke. If you do not feel like bashing, their is a Itachi fan-base where you can join.

You have to have a topic that's either controversial, offensive, or something very interesting about the manga in order to get hot threads. Sadly, topics that people take offense to is usually the quickest way to a hot thread. Either that, or you can be a biased user who makes a fanboy/fangirl thread and you'll get replies of people trying to correct you. The same happens if you ask a stupid question. Works every time.

basically make sure the thread is nice and presentable.. make it look good..

dont have a giant block of text or people wont bother to read it so seperate your points..

another thing is.. dont make useless threads -.- if the question has been asked a dozen times most people wont reply to it..

also make sure your threads have good english and that they make sence..

Other way to do it is to have an interesting Idea or Theory, that allows room for discussion or that is controversial. Those usually create some meaningful and long Threads.

Also having more reputation and a bigger post count won't hurt ya.

perhaps youre thread isnt interesting enough
most of the threads that get a lot of comments are controversial and argumentative. theyre also original so threads that are constantly made will probably do poorly because people are tired of them.

All I see is in threads nowadays is "Hate Sakura" this and "Itachi wank" that. The new trend is Obito sucks and Sasuke secretly hates yet really loves Naruto. :|
