This isn't a stomp, is it? With full intel and the prep he has, I thought this was more or less an advantage for Minato.

With his first attack he would probably kill Onoki ( most dangerous ) or Tsunade ( the healer/tank of the team ). The other Kages would still deal with him with mid difficulty.

Gokage wins normally, but in this scenario Minato can pull it off. You removed Gokage's awereness start of battle something dangerous against a jutsu like FTG. Minato would simply use 4clones and quickly mark the opponent with each of them during the first attack you allowed him to do. After that, the victory is almost certain

Like Bogard said, what stops Minato from making like 4 clones and killing a number of them with the opening strike? They'd be oblivious, and Minato is as quick as they come due to FTG. Mei dies. Onoki dies. Gaara dies. And Tsunade, if Minato has full intel, surely dies. Ay, even if he survives the initial strike would be marked and from there it's game over.

Minato wins.

with this scenario, he can easily use Kage Bunshin and attack the Kages all at once in his first move,
the only Kages that could survive that first attack would be Gaara due to his automatic absolute sand defense and Tsunade because of her regeneration skills.
after that he can put markings on them without them knowing and hit Tsunade with a rasengan to the face and Gaara to a vital spot., the Kages ain't touching Minato under these circumstances.
