Sasuke was more mature and level-headed as a 12 year old then he was after Itachi died...but then he went back to normal after talking with the Kages. In terms of personality, I wouldn't say Sasuke has grown much at all.

So this goes to Naruto. He was a goofy dumbass for the first half of pt 1. But after defeating Gaara and losing to Sasuke he's come a long way. He's now leading the world in it's biggest battle yet.

Really hard to tell. They're both more mature than what they used to be but still naive in other aspects. Overall, I'd say Sasuke as he has finally realized he can't do everything himself and figure everything out alone. Throughout the war, he's accepted the help of Naruto, Jugo and Orochimaru showing that Sasuke isn't nearly as arrogant as he used to be. Naruto has matured a lot as well but I give this one to Sasuke.
