That's only happening if we're talking about armless ORO. Any other Oro wipes his ass with tsunade. A simple Edo tensei Summoning takes out tsunade while he goes to work on everyone else. Unlike hiruzen, tsunade doesn't have RDS or any other sealing techs to permanently put those edo's down.
