top5 most relevant fodders

here's my top list of fodders who aren't even mid-kage level but still important to the plot
the list isn't based on power but overall relevance

1 Rin (the final villain almost always thinks about her)
2 Juugo (important powerup for Lord Sasuke, the most important character besides Naruto)
3 Itachi's love (we don't know who she is we only know she has been solo'd, she's still an important character because she was the Solo King's girlfriend)
4 Orochimaru (revived Minato Hiruzen and Tobirama who all saved the title character)
5 Tsunade (healed the whole village / healed the Gokage)
