The Legendary Sage of Konoha's Legacy, Chapter 6;
Standing at the end of a dark cavern, Zetsu, both Black and White, were standing with his back towards Jiraiya and Minato, whom had finally, after all these years, been able to find him. Turning around slowly, Zetsu faced the two of them as some sort of an odd, deformed shape of a Zetsu body, was standing behind him.
Minato: !!
Jiraiya: What are you planning?!
Zetsu (In Unison): It is simple... Once Tobi is reformed, rebirth into this Zetsu Body, the world will finally be ours!
Seemingly being out of their usual character, both Black and White Zetsu had a devious look on their face.
Minato: We won't let you do that you bastard! Everything my grandfather has worked for, everything the past generation of Kages have worked for, I can't let it be all for none!
White Zetsu: Gyahahahaha, what can a mere boy like you do? You two are nothing like Naruto, and there is nothing you two can do to stop us...
Jiraiya: Don't be so sure!
Reaching for his left pocket, Jiraiya drew forth a small scroll as he rolled it out, revealing its content.
Black Zetsu: ...
Jiraiya: Kinjutsu (Forbidden Technique): Barrier of the Underworld!
White Zetsu: Oh...
Laying the scroll out in front of himself, Jiraiya preformed some quick hand-seals as he slammed his right hand into it. As he did, a transparent, blue colored barrier began stretching out into the room as it locked the whole area they were standing in, into it...
Jiraiya: This, is a Kinjutsu developed by my very own father... Not even you will be able to slip through this barrier, Zetsu!
White Zetsu: Interesting...
Black Zetsu: Not like we have any reasons to retreat anyways... After all, we have a ritual to complete...
Minato: We're not done yet!
Slamming his hands together, Minato began preforming some hand-seals as Jiraiya stepped in front of him.
Jiraiya: Lightning Style: Thunder Blast!
Releasing a massive stream of lightning charge bolts, Jiraiya was set on finishing what his father had started before him, as the attack went straight for Zetsu.
White Zetsu: !!
Black Zetsu: ...
Just as the attack was about to reach them however, massive roots shot up from the ground and into the air in front of them, creating a thick forest of roots, working as a shield as the attack crashed right into it.
White Zetsu: Not bad!
Black Zetsu: But not good enough either...
Jiraiya: *Smirk*
In the blink of an eye, Jiraiya was gone as he reappeared right next to Zetsu with a Raikiri in his hands.
Jiraiya: Raikiri!
Attempting to strike at Zetsu once more, Jiraiya quickly realized that Zetsu's reaction speed was way above what he could have ever imagined as countless roots shot out from its right hand side, just as Jiraiya's attack connected. Cutting down countless roots, Jiraiya was slowly pushed backwards, but he did not let that stop him as chakra began forming in his left hand as well.
Jiraiya: Futon: Rasengan Blast!
Forming a wind infused Rasengan in his left hand, Jiraiya then aimed it at the roots as a powerful force of wind blasted off towards them, forcing Zetsu to merge into the ground. As he emerged from the ground again, Jiraiya was there to attack him instantly as another Wind Style attack was powered up in his hands.
Jiraiya: Wind Style and Lightning Style Collaboration: Double Piercing Hurricane Thunder Strikes!!
Slamming both his hands towards Zetsu, the ground exploded into tiny rocks, causing a large crater to appear. However, Zetsu was nowhere to be found as Jiraiya, gathered himself for another attack.
Minato: Dad, behind you!
Jiraiya: ?!
Suddenly and out of nowhere, Zetsu emerged under his feet, grabbing a hold onto him as the Venus flytrap surrounding his head, clapped together and started spinning like a drill, attempting to drive straight through Jiraiya.
Jiraiya: Heh.
Clapping his hands together, Jiraiya was gone once more, as he reappeared beside Minato again.
Jiraiya: *Pant* Minato, how is the technique progressing??
Minato: Just a little longer dad...
Jiraiya: If we stop that deformed looking Zetsu from ever forming, Zetsu won't have a card to play!
Clapping his hands together once more, Jiraiya was gone again as he reappeared beside the odd looking creature, about to deliver a blow.
Jiraiya: Earth Style: Rock Smash!
Forming his hand into a heavy rock, Jiraiya smashed his arm towards the deformed Zetsu, but to his surprising, he went straight through it, crashing into the ground behind it. Regaining his balance again, Jiraiya looked puzzled as Zetsu emerged from the ground beside it.
Black Zetsu: You didn't think it would be that easily stopping it, did you?
White Zetsu: This Zetsu body is infused with Tobi's cells, and therefore already possess some of the powers of the Elder Son of the Six Paths...
Jiraiya: Heh, well that would have been no fun... Guess we have to stop you first then...
White Zetsu: The Flying Thunder God of the 4th Hokage, passed down to Naruto, the 6th Hokage... and now, you possess it too... Although from early observations, it seems as if yours is a bit limited in comparison to your father's...
Jiraiya: ...
Black Zetsu: You need to-...
White Zetsu: ...Form a hand-seal to be able to-...
Black Zetsu: ...Preform it... With such a weakness, it is easy to-...
White Zetsu: ...Read your attack...
Jiraiya: Heh, so you noticed... Won't mater much in the end though...
White Zetsu: ...
Jiraiya: You're not the only one that has done some observations here... Your powers, in that of the use of Mokton (Wood Element), comes from the cells of the 1st Hokage, Hashirama... And although you are adapt in using it defensively... I don't think it offer much on the offensive front... Also, with your sensory skills, your main attack lies in defense and counter-attack...
Black Zetsu: ...
White Zetsu: You may be right...
Black Zetsu: But it all won't matter as soon as Tobi is revived...
Jiraiya: ...
Minato: Father!!
Jiraiya: Go Minato!
Zetsu: ??
Minato, who had charged up chakra from the very beginning, had now finally been able to prepare his attack as intense chakra began leaking out from him.
Minato: Mangekyo Byakugan!!
Jiraiya: *Smirk*
White Zetsu: Mangekyo Byakugan??...
Minato, who was lucky enough to possess both the Sharingan from his mother Miyuki, and had the Byakugan passed down to him through the Hyuga bloodline, starting off with his grandmother Hinata as well, had been training a lot to be able to effectively pull them off simultaneously. Unlike any other Byakugan users, Minato were able to turn off his Byakugan, but instead of the normal white colored eyes of the Hyuga appearing, Minato's eyes went back to regular eyes. Naruto and Sasuke had speculated much on this, and figured out that it was due to the fact that he had the Sharingan as well. Being able to choose whether to use the Sharingan or the Byakugan, Minato was set on trying to unlock the ability to use them both at the same time, one with each eye, and after several years of training, Minato was finally able to do so. Over the years however, and with even more training, Minato was able to unlock the Mangekyo Sharingan as well, and when he used that together with his Byakugan, something unexpected happened.
Minato: Time to bring this to an end...
Scanning in on Zetsu, Minato began to read his chakra points as his Byakugan had the same pattern as his Mangekyo Sharingan in it. After he had done so, Minato then got into a stance, as Jiraiya attacked Zetsu with yet another Rasengan, but to the same effect as before, with Zetsu firing countless roots at him in defense. As he did this, Minato moved in as well.
Minato: Jūho Sōshiken, Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō Amaterasu (Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms of Heavenly Illumination)!!
As he said, two lion-shaped shrouds of Amaterasu flames formed in his hands as he leaped of against Zetsu at immense speed. Racing across the field in such a high speed, Zetsu's roots did not manage to react as Minato snuck passed them hitting him dead on.
Minato: Two Strikes!
White Zetsu: !!
Black Zetsu: Ugh...
Minato: Another two strikes!!
Pushing him backwards, Minato began preforming the 128 palm strikes, trying to cut off Zetsu's chakra point, but this time with a twist of his own, adding Amaterasu flames for even more damage, almost punching holes straight through Zetsu's body, who slowly started to catch fire by the burning flames.
Minato: Four strikes!!!
Jiraiya: ...
Minato: Eight strikes!!!!
Having already delivered sixteen whole strikes to Zetsu, each hit seemed to be connecting perfectly, as Zetsu was punched further and further back.
Minato: 32nd Strike!
White Zetsu: Wha-...?!
Minato: 64th Strike!
Black Zetsu: ...
Minato: 128th strike!!!
Lashing out the final 64 strikes, Minato sent Zetsu flying, as he was burning to crisps in the process. Before he could even land, his body was reduced to ashes as only the ash remained, landing gently on the ground.
Jiraiya: !!
Minato: *Pant, Pant* Is it over already? *Smirk*
Jiraiya: Minato!!
Minato: ?!
Just as he said, new roots shot out from the ground below him as Minato barely managed to dodge them in time as he landed on his feet again, some yards away.
Minato: Dad!!
Looking up, Minato realized that Jiraiya was caught in several roots as his hands were confined, restraining him and preventing him from preforming the Flying Thunder God.
Minato: Amaterasu!!
Aiming at the roots to break his father free, Minato's flames stroke, but instead of hitting what he aimed for, the flames lit some other roots that had shot up from the ground in between them on fire instead, blocking his view. Trying to jump to the side of the roots in front of him, Minato aimed at the roots restricting his father once more, but the roots just followed him, preventing him from locking in on the target as he directed the flames at those roots instead.
Minato: Damn, what's going on?!
Landing on the ground again, several thousand roots emerged from the ground in front of him as they all went straight for him. Seeing this, Minato quickly preformed some hand-seals, as he then shouted out.
Minato: Katon: Gōka Messhitsu (Fire Style: Majestic Fire Destruction)!!
Setting the whole area in front of himself ablaze, the roots went wild as fire spread everywhere.
Minato: !!
Suddenly, even more roots appeared all around him, trying to trap him into some sort of cage as Minato preformed some quick hand-seals once more.
Minato: Suiton: Suidanha (Water Style: Severing Wave)!!
Spinning around, Minato effectively cut all the roots down as he formed even more hand-seals.
Minato: Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Doppelgangers Technique)!
Sending out thousands of clones, all of the clones began to charge chakra in their hands, some applying Fire elements, others wind, and finally, the last ones water.
Minato Clones, first row: Katon: Gōen Rasengan (Hell Fire, Rasengan)!
Minato Clones, second row: Suiton: Suidanha Rasengan (Water Style: Severing Wave Rasengan)!
Minato Clones, third row: Futon: RasenShuriken!
Leaping ahead, the thousands of clones charged ahead as a whole forest of roots charged at them, causing a massive cloud of smoke, fire and otherwise complete chaos. Jumping across the roots, aiming to reach his father, Minato got closer and closer as he had his hands intertwined together, charging up Chakra.
Minato: Go forth, Sennin Mode! Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)!
Slamming his hand towards the ground, a large toad appeared below him. The toad was black and grey, had an eye-patch over his left eye, a large cigar in his month, and a long katana hanging from his side.
Minato: Gamasaku! Would you care to give me a hand?! We need to save my father!
Gamasaku: Your father is in trouble? Of course I'll help!
Drawing his incredible long katana, Gamasaku went slashing through the roots as the two of them got ever closer to Jiraiya. After cutting and slashing through so many roots that they had no track anymore, Minato finally had Jiraiya within reach as Gamasaku was completely surrounded and constricted as Minato leaped from his head.
Gamasaku: I leave it to you Minato!
Disappearing in a cloud of smoke, the roots then turned their attention towards Minato, whom was ever closer to Jiraiya with a Wind Style: Rasengan in hand.
Minato: Arrrrrrgh, Futon: Rasengan!!
Getting closer and close, Minato seemed to be just about to connect.
Minato: Make it!
Just inches away from connecting, the roots caught up to him as they grabbed onto his feet and started to pull him away. Seeing this, Minato shot the Wind Style: Rasengan from his hand, as it flew towards Jiraiya, effectively hitting the roots restraining his hands. Not even a second later, Jiraiya clapped his hands together as he was gone, reappearing beside Minato as he smashed a Raikiri into the roots, cutting him lose.
Minato: Father, we have to do something fast!!
Jiraiya: Right! Cover me!
Clapping his hands together once more, Jiraiya charged chakra for only a few seconds, as the roots got closer and closer.
Minato: Hurry up!!
Firing off several techniques in all directions, Minato could only hold them off for so long as they were just about to catch up to them.
Jiraiya: Sennin Mode!!
Minato: Now!
Both of them forming a Rasengan in their hand, they then clashed the Rasengan together as a massive Rasengan Ball was formed between them.
Minato: Sage Art: Fire and Water Collaboration, Fiery Currents!
Jiraiya: Sage Art: Earth and Lightning Collaboration, Electromagnetic field of exploding rocks!
Minato & Jiraiya: Wind Style: Razor Tornado!
Applying all elements into the massive Rasengan between them, the Rasengan Ball fired elemental attacks in all direction, effectively taking care of all and every root that got near them as new ones started to emerge from the ground.
Minato: Now!
Jiraiya & Minato: All five Elements: Black Hole Rasengan!!
Releasing the Rasengan between them, the Rasengan then went up higher and higher into the air as it began sucking up the ground inside the barrier.
Jiraiya: Let's get out of here!
Running over to Minato, Jiraiya grabbed onto his hand as the two of them were gone, reappearing right outside the barrier as the powerful Rasengan ball, that was gravitating in the middle of the air inside of the barrier, sucked everything inside it into it as it imploded in a massive field of everything you could imagine. As the attack settled down, the only thing that was seen inside the barrier was emptiness, just like a blue ball in the middle of a cave.
Minato: *Pant, Pant*
Jiraiya: *Pant, Pant* That was too close...
Black Zetsu: It is not over yet...
Minato: !!
Jiraiya: ?!
Suddenly out of nowhere, Zetsu re-emerged once more, this time from behind them outside the barrier.
Minato: Impossible?! My previous technique should have turned you to ash! How did you even pull all those roots off?! And how did you manage to get through the barrier made by Naruto?!
Jiraiya: He didn't... This is the real Zetsu...
White Zetsu: Nice observed Jiraiya... With your Byakugan and Sharingan, you should have been able to detect that Minato... It was just a clone...
Black Zetsu: However, it won't change a thing...
Minato: What?!
Pointing inside the barrier, Minato and Jiraiya turned around as the deformed Zetsu body, that was being used as a vessel for Tobi's resurrection, was still there, just floating in the air. However, this time it was different, as the two of them could clearly see that it had progressed, going ever closer to its final stage.
Black Zetsu: The ritual is almost over...
White Zetsu: The Legacy of Naruto... What are you going to do?
Minato: You will pay for this!!
Jiraiya: Minato, wait!
Charging off at Zetsu with a Rasengan in hand, Minato had almost reached him when even more roots shot out of Black Zetsu's arm, preventing his movement. Jumping backwards, Minato landed beside Jiraiya again as he canceled the Rasengan.
White Zetsu: It is pointless... As long as I can sense you coming, my defense, the Mokton, will always be one step ahead of you... And with the ritual almost over, it is time we got things-...
Black Zetsu: ...More interesting!
Minato: I won't let you!
Slamming his hands together, Minato where just about to preform a new technique.
Minato: *Pant, Pant* Kinjutsu (Forbidden Technique): Seal of the Underworld!!
Jiraiya: ?! Minato, you can't do that technique, if you do, you will get trapped there yourself!
Minato: It is the only way! I have to stop him, by sealing him to the Underwo-...
Black Zetsu: Too late...
Minato: ?!
Jiraiya: This is!
As he said, both Minato and Jiraiya were suddenly wrapped in white spores, which quickly began to cover their whole bodies, restricting their movements.
Minato: What the hell-...
Jiraiya: The Hōshi no Jutsu (Sporulation technique)?!...
Finding themselves trapped in spores, Minato and Jiraiya tried to break free, but to no vain.
White Zetsu: About time we were able to stop your pesky movements...
Minato: Since when did you?!
Black Zetsu: The moment you entered the cavern through the waterfall...
Jiraiya: !!
White Zetsu: The spores technique is activated via time-delay... However, the use of your Senjutsu has increased its grow speed... And speaking of which...
Minato: My chakra, it's?!
Jiraiya: ...
The spores covering their body then began to suck chakra out of them, as Jiraiya closed his eyes, as if meditating.
White Zetsu: Don't even try it Jiraiya...
Jiraiya: !!
Black Zetsu: We won't fall for such a trick you know... We already saw Naruto use that trick against Pain all those years ago...
Jiraiya: ...
Trying to gather even more Natural Energy, Jiraiya attempted to break free by turning the Zetsu spore that had confined his body, into stone, by letting it suck up too much off it. However, quickly realizing this, Zetsu simply stopped draining chakra from him as Minato's Sennin Mode went out. Also realizing what his father tried to do, Minato attempted the same as he reactivated Sage Mode once more, as the spore stuck around him also halted its chakra sucking process.
White Zetsu: ...
Black Zetsu: Well, no big deal... Even if we can't suck you dry of chakra, we can still keep you constrained... And that, is all that matters for now.
Jiraiya: !!
Minato: You bastard! Let us out of this goo!!
White Zetsu: You're not going anywhere now... Should we kill them??
Black Zetsu: Let Tobi decide... it's only a matter of time now...
Minato: Damn it, damn it all!!
Jiraiya: ...
The two spores continued to grow around their bodies, as all that was seen were their faces.
White Zetsu: However, getting Tobi out of that barrier once he's resurrected might be a problem...
Black Zetsu: Not anymore...
Minato: What do you mean?! There is no way you can...
Black Zetsu: The barrier was created by Jiraiya, and it had his imprints in it, allowing him to slip in and out of it... Due to my spore technique, I've been able to intercept that genetic code...
Jiraiya: ?!
White Zetsu: Well then, should we get the Zetsu body out from the barrier now then I suppose??...
Black Zetsu: ...
As he said, the deformed Zetsu body that was gravitating inside the barrier slowly began to float towards the barrier as it easily slipped through it, much to Jiraiya and Minato's despair. Landing in front of them, right beside Zetsu, Minato and Jiraiya could do nothing else than to watch it grow in size and shape, getting closer and closer to its final form.
Black Zetsu: I'm sure Tobi would love to play around with you two to get revenge on Naruto...
White Zetsu: If Kabuto was still alive, we might have used them as Edo Tensei against him even...
Minato: Shut up you plant head, let us out of here!!
Jiraiya: ...
White Zetsu: Easy now, don't tempt me to kill you myself, 8th Hokage...
Black Zetsu: Relax... Let's focus on the ritual...
As he said, Zetsu then walked over to the deformed Zetsu body, laying its hands on top of it as chakra began emanating from him, as if nurturing it.
Black Zetsu: We can't take your Natural Energy, but we can still take your Chakra...
White Zetsu: And with it... We will be able to finish the ritual...
Minato: ?! What do you mean?!
White Zetsu: To be able to resurrect Tobi for the last time, we need Uchiha, Hyuga and Uzumaki genetic codes... With you two right here in front of us, you've basically walked right into our trap.
Jiraiya: Your trap?!
Black Zetsu: It was our plan all along for your father to find us, so that he could send you two right into our grasp... That masked gang was only meant as a decoy...
White Zetsu: And we knew that your father would be able to sense us through your son Naruto, Minato...
Minato: ?!
Jiraiya: You can't be serious?!
White Zetsu: Seriousness is only a matter of perception...
Black Zetsu: Not long now...

Naruto: ...
Having returned to his chamber once more after having a small discussion with Fukasaku and Shima, Naruto sat down in his chair again as he started meditating.
Jubi: Hmm...
Kurama: What does this mean Naruto??
Naruto: ...
Jubi: It means that Naruto will have to remain in this immortal state for quite some time...
Gyūki: Damn... Do we really have to wait that long before the Wizard finally appears? By then, time would already have-...
Naruto: ?!
Kurama: Naruto??
Naruto: Zetsu...
Jubi: What about him?
Breaking off his meditation, Naruto rose to his feet.
Naruto: He is trying to resurrect Tobi...
Jubi: ...
Kurama: What?!
Naruto: I can't let that happen... Jiraiya, Minato, they are in grave danger...
Jubi: Your son and your grandson...
Naruto: Yeah, seems like I will have to make an appearance myself to end this once and for all.
Walking a few steps from his chair, Naruto then began preforming some hand-seals.
Kurama: Are you sure it's going to work? Can you really leave this place now?
Naruto: It should work for a limited time... That is all I need!
Clapping his hands together as he formed the final hand-seal, Naruto was gone in a flash!

Sasuke: Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Fire Style: Grand Fireball Technique)!!
Naruto: ?!
Sending off a large fireball at Naruto, Sasuke was set on winning the match as both of them were tired after a long battle already. Not having their father or grandfather there to watch the Chunin Exam Final, did not really help much on the motivation either, as Naruto quickly dodged to the side as the fireball snared him.
Sasuke: What's the matter brother? You look a bit tired!
Naruto: *Pant* Heh, not really no... It's just that my match with Tadakatsu in the Semi-Finals really drained me of energy and I still feel like I haven't recovered properly... Still though, I will win this fight!
Sasuke: Heh, well your match in the Semi-Finals really was explosive... However, that is no excuse! What you showed off against Tadakatsu was beyond anything you've pulled off today! At least give me a real match!
Naruto: Hahaha! I've not come this far to let you win on walkover brother, watch me!
Concentrating chakra in his hand, Naruto was then set to attack as Sasuke easily read it with his sharingan.
Sasuke: Rasengan again huh... Well in that case, Chidori!
Running off at each other, the two of them were just about to clash as the crowd were cheering to their heart's content.
Naruto: Sasuke!!
Sasuke: Naruto!!
Clashing in the middle of the field, chakra, rocks and dirt flew in all direction as a mighty shockwave was generated from the merging of their attacks. Pushing onward, both of them were set to overpower their opponent as the Chunin Exam Final was rapidly reaching its end.
Magoichi: Who will triumphant?!
Sakura: Damn, do your best brothers!!
Noh: I don't know, I...
Tadakatsu: ...
Naruto: I will win this, no matter what!!
Sasuke: Sorry brother, but that ain't happening!!
Forming another Chidori in his left hand, Sasuke aimed it at his side, but he was quickly met by a Raikiri from Naruto as the force of the clashes were about to explode in between them.

Minato: Damn you, you plant bastard! Just wait until I get out of here, I'll rip you apart and use your seeds in my garden!!
Black Zetsu: ...
White Zetsu: Oh?? Trying to be funny?
Jiraiya: ...
Still struggling to get out of their contraption of spores, Minato and Jiraiya could only watch as Zetsu got closer and closer to his goal.
Black Zetsu: We're here...
White Zetsu: Ah-ha!!
Jiraiya: ?!
Minato: No, it can't be?!
Before them, the deformed Zetsu body had finally taken its final shape as the form of an old acquaintance took form in front of them.
Black Zetsu: ...
White Zetsu: Welcome back!
Tobi: Finally...
Shedding the cocoon-like skin of the deformed Zetsu body, Tobi emerged out from it as he struggled to keep his balance, like a newborn horse.
Tobi: *Cough, Cough* Who are they??
Turning his attention towards Minato and Jiraiya, Tobi had a perplexed look on his face.
White Zetsu: They are Jiraiya and Minato...
Black Zetsu: The legacy of Naruto... His son and grandson in fact.
Tobi: ...
White Zetsu: It really has been awhile since then...
Tobi: How long?
Black Zetsu: 40 years...
Tobi: Hmm...
Walking even closer towards Jiraiya and Minato, Tobi halted in front of Minato as he laid his hand on his cheek, turning his face from side to side.
Minato: Get... Your hands... off me...
White Zetsu: This is Minato, Naruto's grandson...
Tobi: Named after his father huh...
Letting go of his face, Tobi then walked over to Jiraiya.
Black Zetsu: And this is Jiraiya, his son...
Tobi: His son you say... Named after his Sensei I suppose...
Slowly studying the two, Tobi then turned his back on them as he walked towards Zetsu again.
White Zetsu: They are the 7th and the 8th Hokages of Konoha as well...
Tobi: ...
Black Zetsu: They fell straight into our trap to resurrect you though, just as planned...
Tobi: Excellent...
Black Zetsu: This is however the last time you can be revived through this technique... If it hadn't been for Naruto's rather unusual offspring's DNA, we would never have been able to resurrect you with just these two...
Tobi: You have proven your worth Zetsu, well done.
White Zetsu: What would you do with them??
Tobi: Kill them.
Minato: ?!
White Zetsu: Are you sure? You could use them against Naruto if he-...
Tobi: I have no use for them anymore, it's better to get rid of them now before this escalates much further... We have much to do, and I have a lot of catching up to do and a lot I need to adapt to... This new body...
Turning around again, Tobi faced Minato as he reached out his hand again.
Tobi: I will kill this one first.
Minato: ?!
Jiraiya: Get your hand off my son you bastard!
Reaching his hand out, Tobi laid it on Minato's forehead as a bright white light of chakra began emerging from it.
Minato: Ug-...h..
Jiraiya: Minato!!!
Tobi: !!
Black Zetsu: ?!
White Zetsu: That's?!
As Tobi was just about to do some sort of technique, a dark purple colored electrified ball suddenly appeared inside the barrier created by Jiraiya previously as Naruto himself suddenly stepped out from it.
Naruto: Tobi...
Tobi: You?!
Letting go of Minato, Tobi and Zetsu then turned their attention towards him.
Naruto: Even if 40 years have passed, you still look the same. Evil incarnated!
Tobi: You look old...
Naruto: Let's finish this, once and for all!
Tobi: ?!
As he said, a massive source of chakra, powered up by all of the elements, emerged from Naruto as he began gravitating in the air. Slowly approaching the barrier, Naruto easily slipped through it as he landed on his feet again. Looking at Tobi with his Rinnegan, Naruto had a fierce look on his face. Tobi, who still were in a very weak state from just being resurrected, then clapped his hands together as he was just about to prepare a technique when Naruto suddenly were up to his face in such a short time that it could not be measured by any scale. Laying his hand on Tobi's head, Naruto then shouted out.
Naruto: Death Reaper Soul Pulverization Seal!!
Tobi: What?!
White Zetsu: ?!
Jiraiya: Dad!!
In an instant, Tobi's body begun swirling around in the air, as if sucked into Naruto's right hand. But as he was, he also caught on fire as he was totally obliterated in the process. As he was gone, Naruto looked up as his eyes met Zetsu's.
White Zetsu: What the hell?!
Minato: What type of Reaper Death Seal was that?!
Realizing that it was not the normal Death Reaper Seal that seals the target inside the stomach of the Death God, Minato had a puzzled, yet relieved look on his face.
Naruto: You're next...
White Zetsu: !!
Pointing his hand on Zetsu, whose body and movement froze completely in the process, Naruto then shouted out as Zetsu could not move at all.
Black Zetsu: What... Is... this... trickery?!
Naruto: Sennin-Bijou Mode and Super Nova Element collaboration; All elements of the universe total mass planetary destruction and annihilation, bringer of rain and death, instant pulverization at microscopic level, Sage of Six Paths reincarnation, Peace at last no jutsu!
White Zetsu: Impossible?!!?!
Jiraiya: ?!
Minato: !!
Out of nowhere, Zetsu then imploded in an instant bloodbath, leaving only gore and minimal damage to the surroundings, behind. Above them, a large rain cloud began to form near the roof of the cave as heavy rain started to poor from it. Looking upwards, rain fell on Naruto's face as the spores trapping Jiraiya and Minato then melted away in the process, freeing them from their constricted state.
Jiraiya: Dad, I thought you couldn't leave Mt. Myo in this sta-...
Minato: What on earth happened?! How did you... What did you...
Naruto: It doesn't matter now... Zetsu and Tobi are gone, and that is all that matters... It is finally over...
Saying this, a bright smile formed on Naruto's face as he closed his eyes. With that, he was gone in a flash again.
Jiraiya: ...
Minato: Grandpa?!
Jiraiya: He has returned to Mt. Myobokuzan... We should head back to Konoha...
Walking over to the barrier, Jiraiya laid his hand on it as he quickly took it down. Turning around, he then walked over to Minato as he laid his hand on his shoulder. Looking one final time at the place Zetsu once stood, where only blood was left remaining, the two of them were gone as well.

*A few days later*
As the Chunin Exam had come to an end, and the details of their fight with Zetsu had been laid forth to the rest of the Kages, it was time to head back to their respectively villages as peace now could finally rest assured. Taking their leaves, the four Kages and their convoy waved goodbye as they left Konoha. Before they did however, it was decided that the four Semi-Finalists, Naruto, Sasuke, Noh and Tadakatsu were all promoted Chunin as both Sakura, Magoichi and Shingen, as well as the other contestants from previous rounds, had to admit that they had to try again harder at a later time. Returning home with his children and his wife, Minato had a smile on his face as he could now look to the future.
Sakura: Why are you smiling dad??
Sasuke: Heh, probably because he now can relax for some days...
Naruto: Yeah, although there is always the Hokage job to do...
Aiko: Hehe, now that you three mention it, you do look oddly happy Minato.
Minato: What... Can't a man be allowed to smile now these days?
Breaking out in laughter, the five of them headed home as the sun stood high and some blue birds flew across their heads. World Peace had finally arrived to the Shinobi World, but would it last forever??...

Naruto: And that, Ikari, marks the end of my tale at the Chunin Exam.
Putting aside his picture book, Naruto the 2nd then proceeded to stand up to stretch his legs as he seemed tired.
Ikari: What... Hold on a minute!! Who won?!
Naruto: Who won?
Ikari: Yeah! Was it you or your brother Sasuke that won the Chunin Exam Final??
Naruto: Oh, but you see, it was not about winning... And we both got promoted Chunins.
Ikari: So you lost then?
Naruto: I didn't say that...
Ikari: Then you won?!
Naruto: Maybe... I honestly can't remember anymore...
Ikari: What?! But that was the climax of this whole story?! How can you end it like this?!
Naruto: Oh, but it is not over yet...
Ikari: ...So there are more stories to be told?
Naruto: Only the future knows what's in store for us all... Come, help your old great great grandfather to bed, it is time for my sleep.
As he walk out the door with Ikari right behind him, the tale of Naruto's great grandson, Naruto the 2nd, came to an end.

Fun Facts & Author's Notes:
1: So the only question really worth asking is this... Is this the end of The legendary Sage of Konoha Series?? The answer is... No, not quite yet xP You see, I'm still going to round it off with one last entry in this Series, and that is in the form of a Short Movie. Yes you heard me correctly... The concept is simple, it will be a "One Shot" project that will not be chapter based, but released as one full feature. If you're confused on what this means, search up RokuNR's "Bleach Movie" from 2010 here on the Base
2: Naruto and Sasuke's fight. I know some of you may be surprised that I chose to go at it the way I did and not show the Final of the Chunin Exam, that I had been building up to. Some of you may be disappointed, others might have found it fitting. The main reason is because I wanted it to have a similar feel to the Chunin Exam in the Manga, where it was interrupted and canceled just as we were about to enter the Semi-Finals. In case you failed to get the vibe I set out to give out with this chapter, the "real" final was Jiraiya and Minato's fight against Zetsu all along, so the real question would be if you liked that fight or not I suppose.
3: This chapter was shorter than the rest, in fact, the shortest one so far in this sequel. It's a bit strange really, as you would perhaps come to think differently seeing the cliffhanger of Chapter 5. The reason it turned out this way was first and foremost because I decided not to show the final match between Naruto and Sasuke, but instead focus on the other battle instead, and also simply because I had run out of ideas to extend any of the fights in terms of content. I was planning to show a little more of Naruto and Sasuke's fight, but quickly decided that if I showed more than necessary, it would have been unjust not to show the whole battle when I already had showed most of it.
4: As for the content of the movie, I'm not going to say too much unless someone asks me specifically about it, and I don't know how big it really will end up becoming since it's a standalone work and not chapter based. Therefore, I can't say when I get around to release it either, but hopefully sometime during November. For now, I'll leave you with the following key points about it, that I already revealed to Danivass not long ago:
Summed up vaguely, I have like three main points to follow for the Short Movie, and they are as follows;
- Ikari the main character and his first encounter with Naruto at Mt. Myo; I'm actually going to draw inspiration from how Jiraiya came to MT. Myo in the manga here.
- The Shinobi World and the Kages of all the nations (more than the five main).
- Naruto's encounter with the Wizard.

To The End!:
Standing at the end of a dark cavern, Zetsu, both Black and White, were standing with his back towards Jiraiya and Minato, whom had finally, after all these years, been able to find him. Turning around slowly, Zetsu faced the two of them as some sort of an odd, deformed shape of a Zetsu body, was standing behind him.
Minato: !!
Jiraiya: What are you planning?!
Zetsu (In Unison): It is simple... Once Tobi is reformed, rebirth into this Zetsu Body, the world will finally be ours!
Seemingly being out of their usual character, both Black and White Zetsu had a devious look on their face.
Minato: We won't let you do that you bastard! Everything my grandfather has worked for, everything the past generation of Kages have worked for, I can't let it be all for none!
White Zetsu: Gyahahahaha, what can a mere boy like you do? You two are nothing like Naruto, and there is nothing you two can do to stop us...
Jiraiya: Don't be so sure!
Reaching for his left pocket, Jiraiya drew forth a small scroll as he rolled it out, revealing its content.
Black Zetsu: ...
Jiraiya: Kinjutsu (Forbidden Technique): Barrier of the Underworld!
White Zetsu: Oh...
Laying the scroll out in front of himself, Jiraiya preformed some quick hand-seals as he slammed his right hand into it. As he did, a transparent, blue colored barrier began stretching out into the room as it locked the whole area they were standing in, into it...
Jiraiya: This, is a Kinjutsu developed by my very own father... Not even you will be able to slip through this barrier, Zetsu!
White Zetsu: Interesting...
Black Zetsu: Not like we have any reasons to retreat anyways... After all, we have a ritual to complete...
Minato: We're not done yet!
Slamming his hands together, Minato began preforming some hand-seals as Jiraiya stepped in front of him.
Jiraiya: Lightning Style: Thunder Blast!
Releasing a massive stream of lightning charge bolts, Jiraiya was set on finishing what his father had started before him, as the attack went straight for Zetsu.
White Zetsu: !!
Black Zetsu: ...
Just as the attack was about to reach them however, massive roots shot up from the ground and into the air in front of them, creating a thick forest of roots, working as a shield as the attack crashed right into it.
White Zetsu: Not bad!
Black Zetsu: But not good enough either...
Jiraiya: *Smirk*
In the blink of an eye, Jiraiya was gone as he reappeared right next to Zetsu with a Raikiri in his hands.
Jiraiya: Raikiri!
Attempting to strike at Zetsu once more, Jiraiya quickly realized that Zetsu's reaction speed was way above what he could have ever imagined as countless roots shot out from its right hand side, just as Jiraiya's attack connected. Cutting down countless roots, Jiraiya was slowly pushed backwards, but he did not let that stop him as chakra began forming in his left hand as well.
Jiraiya: Futon: Rasengan Blast!
Forming a wind infused Rasengan in his left hand, Jiraiya then aimed it at the roots as a powerful force of wind blasted off towards them, forcing Zetsu to merge into the ground. As he emerged from the ground again, Jiraiya was there to attack him instantly as another Wind Style attack was powered up in his hands.
Jiraiya: Wind Style and Lightning Style Collaboration: Double Piercing Hurricane Thunder Strikes!!
Slamming both his hands towards Zetsu, the ground exploded into tiny rocks, causing a large crater to appear. However, Zetsu was nowhere to be found as Jiraiya, gathered himself for another attack.
Minato: Dad, behind you!
Jiraiya: ?!
Suddenly and out of nowhere, Zetsu emerged under his feet, grabbing a hold onto him as the Venus flytrap surrounding his head, clapped together and started spinning like a drill, attempting to drive straight through Jiraiya.
Jiraiya: Heh.
Clapping his hands together, Jiraiya was gone once more, as he reappeared beside Minato again.
Jiraiya: *Pant* Minato, how is the technique progressing??
Minato: Just a little longer dad...
Jiraiya: If we stop that deformed looking Zetsu from ever forming, Zetsu won't have a card to play!
Clapping his hands together once more, Jiraiya was gone again as he reappeared beside the odd looking creature, about to deliver a blow.
Jiraiya: Earth Style: Rock Smash!
Forming his hand into a heavy rock, Jiraiya smashed his arm towards the deformed Zetsu, but to his surprising, he went straight through it, crashing into the ground behind it. Regaining his balance again, Jiraiya looked puzzled as Zetsu emerged from the ground beside it.
Black Zetsu: You didn't think it would be that easily stopping it, did you?
White Zetsu: This Zetsu body is infused with Tobi's cells, and therefore already possess some of the powers of the Elder Son of the Six Paths...
Jiraiya: Heh, well that would have been no fun... Guess we have to stop you first then...
White Zetsu: The Flying Thunder God of the 4th Hokage, passed down to Naruto, the 6th Hokage... and now, you possess it too... Although from early observations, it seems as if yours is a bit limited in comparison to your father's...
Jiraiya: ...
Black Zetsu: You need to-...
White Zetsu: ...Form a hand-seal to be able to-...
Black Zetsu: ...Preform it... With such a weakness, it is easy to-...
White Zetsu: ...Read your attack...
Jiraiya: Heh, so you noticed... Won't mater much in the end though...
White Zetsu: ...
Jiraiya: You're not the only one that has done some observations here... Your powers, in that of the use of Mokton (Wood Element), comes from the cells of the 1st Hokage, Hashirama... And although you are adapt in using it defensively... I don't think it offer much on the offensive front... Also, with your sensory skills, your main attack lies in defense and counter-attack...
Black Zetsu: ...
White Zetsu: You may be right...
Black Zetsu: But it all won't matter as soon as Tobi is revived...
Jiraiya: ...
Minato: Father!!
Jiraiya: Go Minato!
Zetsu: ??
Minato, who had charged up chakra from the very beginning, had now finally been able to prepare his attack as intense chakra began leaking out from him.
Minato: Mangekyo Byakugan!!
Jiraiya: *Smirk*
White Zetsu: Mangekyo Byakugan??...
Minato, who was lucky enough to possess both the Sharingan from his mother Miyuki, and had the Byakugan passed down to him through the Hyuga bloodline, starting off with his grandmother Hinata as well, had been training a lot to be able to effectively pull them off simultaneously. Unlike any other Byakugan users, Minato were able to turn off his Byakugan, but instead of the normal white colored eyes of the Hyuga appearing, Minato's eyes went back to regular eyes. Naruto and Sasuke had speculated much on this, and figured out that it was due to the fact that he had the Sharingan as well. Being able to choose whether to use the Sharingan or the Byakugan, Minato was set on trying to unlock the ability to use them both at the same time, one with each eye, and after several years of training, Minato was finally able to do so. Over the years however, and with even more training, Minato was able to unlock the Mangekyo Sharingan as well, and when he used that together with his Byakugan, something unexpected happened.
Minato: Time to bring this to an end...
Scanning in on Zetsu, Minato began to read his chakra points as his Byakugan had the same pattern as his Mangekyo Sharingan in it. After he had done so, Minato then got into a stance, as Jiraiya attacked Zetsu with yet another Rasengan, but to the same effect as before, with Zetsu firing countless roots at him in defense. As he did this, Minato moved in as well.
Minato: Jūho Sōshiken, Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō Amaterasu (Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms of Heavenly Illumination)!!
As he said, two lion-shaped shrouds of Amaterasu flames formed in his hands as he leaped of against Zetsu at immense speed. Racing across the field in such a high speed, Zetsu's roots did not manage to react as Minato snuck passed them hitting him dead on.
Minato: Two Strikes!
White Zetsu: !!
Black Zetsu: Ugh...
Minato: Another two strikes!!
Pushing him backwards, Minato began preforming the 128 palm strikes, trying to cut off Zetsu's chakra point, but this time with a twist of his own, adding Amaterasu flames for even more damage, almost punching holes straight through Zetsu's body, who slowly started to catch fire by the burning flames.
Minato: Four strikes!!!
Jiraiya: ...
Minato: Eight strikes!!!!
Having already delivered sixteen whole strikes to Zetsu, each hit seemed to be connecting perfectly, as Zetsu was punched further and further back.
Minato: 32nd Strike!
White Zetsu: Wha-...?!
Minato: 64th Strike!
Black Zetsu: ...
Minato: 128th strike!!!
Lashing out the final 64 strikes, Minato sent Zetsu flying, as he was burning to crisps in the process. Before he could even land, his body was reduced to ashes as only the ash remained, landing gently on the ground.
Jiraiya: !!
Minato: *Pant, Pant* Is it over already? *Smirk*
Jiraiya: Minato!!
Minato: ?!
Just as he said, new roots shot out from the ground below him as Minato barely managed to dodge them in time as he landed on his feet again, some yards away.
Minato: Dad!!
Looking up, Minato realized that Jiraiya was caught in several roots as his hands were confined, restraining him and preventing him from preforming the Flying Thunder God.
Minato: Amaterasu!!
Aiming at the roots to break his father free, Minato's flames stroke, but instead of hitting what he aimed for, the flames lit some other roots that had shot up from the ground in between them on fire instead, blocking his view. Trying to jump to the side of the roots in front of him, Minato aimed at the roots restricting his father once more, but the roots just followed him, preventing him from locking in on the target as he directed the flames at those roots instead.
Minato: Damn, what's going on?!
Landing on the ground again, several thousand roots emerged from the ground in front of him as they all went straight for him. Seeing this, Minato quickly preformed some hand-seals, as he then shouted out.
Minato: Katon: Gōka Messhitsu (Fire Style: Majestic Fire Destruction)!!
Setting the whole area in front of himself ablaze, the roots went wild as fire spread everywhere.
Minato: !!
Suddenly, even more roots appeared all around him, trying to trap him into some sort of cage as Minato preformed some quick hand-seals once more.
Minato: Suiton: Suidanha (Water Style: Severing Wave)!!
Spinning around, Minato effectively cut all the roots down as he formed even more hand-seals.
Minato: Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Doppelgangers Technique)!
Sending out thousands of clones, all of the clones began to charge chakra in their hands, some applying Fire elements, others wind, and finally, the last ones water.
Minato Clones, first row: Katon: Gōen Rasengan (Hell Fire, Rasengan)!
Minato Clones, second row: Suiton: Suidanha Rasengan (Water Style: Severing Wave Rasengan)!
Minato Clones, third row: Futon: RasenShuriken!
Leaping ahead, the thousands of clones charged ahead as a whole forest of roots charged at them, causing a massive cloud of smoke, fire and otherwise complete chaos. Jumping across the roots, aiming to reach his father, Minato got closer and closer as he had his hands intertwined together, charging up Chakra.
Minato: Go forth, Sennin Mode! Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)!
Slamming his hand towards the ground, a large toad appeared below him. The toad was black and grey, had an eye-patch over his left eye, a large cigar in his month, and a long katana hanging from his side.
Minato: Gamasaku! Would you care to give me a hand?! We need to save my father!
Gamasaku: Your father is in trouble? Of course I'll help!
Drawing his incredible long katana, Gamasaku went slashing through the roots as the two of them got ever closer to Jiraiya. After cutting and slashing through so many roots that they had no track anymore, Minato finally had Jiraiya within reach as Gamasaku was completely surrounded and constricted as Minato leaped from his head.
Gamasaku: I leave it to you Minato!
Disappearing in a cloud of smoke, the roots then turned their attention towards Minato, whom was ever closer to Jiraiya with a Wind Style: Rasengan in hand.
Minato: Arrrrrrgh, Futon: Rasengan!!
Getting closer and close, Minato seemed to be just about to connect.
Minato: Make it!
Just inches away from connecting, the roots caught up to him as they grabbed onto his feet and started to pull him away. Seeing this, Minato shot the Wind Style: Rasengan from his hand, as it flew towards Jiraiya, effectively hitting the roots restraining his hands. Not even a second later, Jiraiya clapped his hands together as he was gone, reappearing beside Minato as he smashed a Raikiri into the roots, cutting him lose.
Minato: Father, we have to do something fast!!
Jiraiya: Right! Cover me!
Clapping his hands together once more, Jiraiya charged chakra for only a few seconds, as the roots got closer and closer.
Minato: Hurry up!!
Firing off several techniques in all directions, Minato could only hold them off for so long as they were just about to catch up to them.
Jiraiya: Sennin Mode!!
Minato: Now!
Both of them forming a Rasengan in their hand, they then clashed the Rasengan together as a massive Rasengan Ball was formed between them.
Minato: Sage Art: Fire and Water Collaboration, Fiery Currents!
Jiraiya: Sage Art: Earth and Lightning Collaboration, Electromagnetic field of exploding rocks!
Minato & Jiraiya: Wind Style: Razor Tornado!
Applying all elements into the massive Rasengan between them, the Rasengan Ball fired elemental attacks in all direction, effectively taking care of all and every root that got near them as new ones started to emerge from the ground.
Minato: Now!
Jiraiya & Minato: All five Elements: Black Hole Rasengan!!
Releasing the Rasengan between them, the Rasengan then went up higher and higher into the air as it began sucking up the ground inside the barrier.
Jiraiya: Let's get out of here!
Running over to Minato, Jiraiya grabbed onto his hand as the two of them were gone, reappearing right outside the barrier as the powerful Rasengan ball, that was gravitating in the middle of the air inside of the barrier, sucked everything inside it into it as it imploded in a massive field of everything you could imagine. As the attack settled down, the only thing that was seen inside the barrier was emptiness, just like a blue ball in the middle of a cave.
Minato: *Pant, Pant*
Jiraiya: *Pant, Pant* That was too close...
Black Zetsu: It is not over yet...
Minato: !!
Jiraiya: ?!
Suddenly out of nowhere, Zetsu re-emerged once more, this time from behind them outside the barrier.
Minato: Impossible?! My previous technique should have turned you to ash! How did you even pull all those roots off?! And how did you manage to get through the barrier made by Naruto?!
Jiraiya: He didn't... This is the real Zetsu...
White Zetsu: Nice observed Jiraiya... With your Byakugan and Sharingan, you should have been able to detect that Minato... It was just a clone...
Black Zetsu: However, it won't change a thing...
Minato: What?!
Pointing inside the barrier, Minato and Jiraiya turned around as the deformed Zetsu body, that was being used as a vessel for Tobi's resurrection, was still there, just floating in the air. However, this time it was different, as the two of them could clearly see that it had progressed, going ever closer to its final stage.
Black Zetsu: The ritual is almost over...
White Zetsu: The Legacy of Naruto... What are you going to do?
Minato: You will pay for this!!
Jiraiya: Minato, wait!
Charging off at Zetsu with a Rasengan in hand, Minato had almost reached him when even more roots shot out of Black Zetsu's arm, preventing his movement. Jumping backwards, Minato landed beside Jiraiya again as he canceled the Rasengan.
White Zetsu: It is pointless... As long as I can sense you coming, my defense, the Mokton, will always be one step ahead of you... And with the ritual almost over, it is time we got things-...
Black Zetsu: ...More interesting!
Minato: I won't let you!
Slamming his hands together, Minato where just about to preform a new technique.
Minato: *Pant, Pant* Kinjutsu (Forbidden Technique): Seal of the Underworld!!
Jiraiya: ?! Minato, you can't do that technique, if you do, you will get trapped there yourself!
Minato: It is the only way! I have to stop him, by sealing him to the Underwo-...
Black Zetsu: Too late...
Minato: ?!
Jiraiya: This is!
As he said, both Minato and Jiraiya were suddenly wrapped in white spores, which quickly began to cover their whole bodies, restricting their movements.
Minato: What the hell-...
Jiraiya: The Hōshi no Jutsu (Sporulation technique)?!...
Finding themselves trapped in spores, Minato and Jiraiya tried to break free, but to no vain.
White Zetsu: About time we were able to stop your pesky movements...
Minato: Since when did you?!
Black Zetsu: The moment you entered the cavern through the waterfall...
Jiraiya: !!
White Zetsu: The spores technique is activated via time-delay... However, the use of your Senjutsu has increased its grow speed... And speaking of which...
Minato: My chakra, it's?!
Jiraiya: ...
The spores covering their body then began to suck chakra out of them, as Jiraiya closed his eyes, as if meditating.
White Zetsu: Don't even try it Jiraiya...
Jiraiya: !!
Black Zetsu: We won't fall for such a trick you know... We already saw Naruto use that trick against Pain all those years ago...
Jiraiya: ...
Trying to gather even more Natural Energy, Jiraiya attempted to break free by turning the Zetsu spore that had confined his body, into stone, by letting it suck up too much off it. However, quickly realizing this, Zetsu simply stopped draining chakra from him as Minato's Sennin Mode went out. Also realizing what his father tried to do, Minato attempted the same as he reactivated Sage Mode once more, as the spore stuck around him also halted its chakra sucking process.
White Zetsu: ...
Black Zetsu: Well, no big deal... Even if we can't suck you dry of chakra, we can still keep you constrained... And that, is all that matters for now.
Jiraiya: !!
Minato: You bastard! Let us out of this goo!!
White Zetsu: You're not going anywhere now... Should we kill them??
Black Zetsu: Let Tobi decide... it's only a matter of time now...
Minato: Damn it, damn it all!!
Jiraiya: ...
The two spores continued to grow around their bodies, as all that was seen were their faces.
White Zetsu: However, getting Tobi out of that barrier once he's resurrected might be a problem...
Black Zetsu: Not anymore...
Minato: What do you mean?! There is no way you can...
Black Zetsu: The barrier was created by Jiraiya, and it had his imprints in it, allowing him to slip in and out of it... Due to my spore technique, I've been able to intercept that genetic code...
Jiraiya: ?!
White Zetsu: Well then, should we get the Zetsu body out from the barrier now then I suppose??...
Black Zetsu: ...
As he said, the deformed Zetsu body that was gravitating inside the barrier slowly began to float towards the barrier as it easily slipped through it, much to Jiraiya and Minato's despair. Landing in front of them, right beside Zetsu, Minato and Jiraiya could do nothing else than to watch it grow in size and shape, getting closer and closer to its final form.
Black Zetsu: I'm sure Tobi would love to play around with you two to get revenge on Naruto...
White Zetsu: If Kabuto was still alive, we might have used them as Edo Tensei against him even...
Minato: Shut up you plant head, let us out of here!!
Jiraiya: ...
White Zetsu: Easy now, don't tempt me to kill you myself, 8th Hokage...
Black Zetsu: Relax... Let's focus on the ritual...
As he said, Zetsu then walked over to the deformed Zetsu body, laying its hands on top of it as chakra began emanating from him, as if nurturing it.
Black Zetsu: We can't take your Natural Energy, but we can still take your Chakra...
White Zetsu: And with it... We will be able to finish the ritual...
Minato: ?! What do you mean?!
White Zetsu: To be able to resurrect Tobi for the last time, we need Uchiha, Hyuga and Uzumaki genetic codes... With you two right here in front of us, you've basically walked right into our trap.
Jiraiya: Your trap?!
Black Zetsu: It was our plan all along for your father to find us, so that he could send you two right into our grasp... That masked gang was only meant as a decoy...
White Zetsu: And we knew that your father would be able to sense us through your son Naruto, Minato...
Minato: ?!
Jiraiya: You can't be serious?!
White Zetsu: Seriousness is only a matter of perception...
Black Zetsu: Not long now...
[...]
Naruto: ...
Having returned to his chamber once more after having a small discussion with Fukasaku and Shima, Naruto sat down in his chair again as he started meditating.
Jubi: Hmm...
Kurama: What does this mean Naruto??
Naruto: ...
Jubi: It means that Naruto will have to remain in this immortal state for quite some time...
Gyūki: Damn... Do we really have to wait that long before the Wizard finally appears? By then, time would already have-...
Naruto: ?!
Kurama: Naruto??
Naruto: Zetsu...
Jubi: What about him?
Breaking off his meditation, Naruto rose to his feet.
Naruto: He is trying to resurrect Tobi...
Jubi: ...
Kurama: What?!
Naruto: I can't let that happen... Jiraiya, Minato, they are in grave danger...
Jubi: Your son and your grandson...
Naruto: Yeah, seems like I will have to make an appearance myself to end this once and for all.
Walking a few steps from his chair, Naruto then began preforming some hand-seals.
Kurama: Are you sure it's going to work? Can you really leave this place now?
Naruto: It should work for a limited time... That is all I need!
Clapping his hands together as he formed the final hand-seal, Naruto was gone in a flash!

Sasuke: Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Fire Style: Grand Fireball Technique)!!
Naruto: ?!
Sending off a large fireball at Naruto, Sasuke was set on winning the match as both of them were tired after a long battle already. Not having their father or grandfather there to watch the Chunin Exam Final, did not really help much on the motivation either, as Naruto quickly dodged to the side as the fireball snared him.
Sasuke: What's the matter brother? You look a bit tired!
Naruto: *Pant* Heh, not really no... It's just that my match with Tadakatsu in the Semi-Finals really drained me of energy and I still feel like I haven't recovered properly... Still though, I will win this fight!
Sasuke: Heh, well your match in the Semi-Finals really was explosive... However, that is no excuse! What you showed off against Tadakatsu was beyond anything you've pulled off today! At least give me a real match!
Naruto: Hahaha! I've not come this far to let you win on walkover brother, watch me!
Concentrating chakra in his hand, Naruto was then set to attack as Sasuke easily read it with his sharingan.
Sasuke: Rasengan again huh... Well in that case, Chidori!
Running off at each other, the two of them were just about to clash as the crowd were cheering to their heart's content.
Naruto: Sasuke!!
Sasuke: Naruto!!
Clashing in the middle of the field, chakra, rocks and dirt flew in all direction as a mighty shockwave was generated from the merging of their attacks. Pushing onward, both of them were set to overpower their opponent as the Chunin Exam Final was rapidly reaching its end.
Magoichi: Who will triumphant?!
Sakura: Damn, do your best brothers!!
Noh: I don't know, I...
Tadakatsu: ...
Naruto: I will win this, no matter what!!
Sasuke: Sorry brother, but that ain't happening!!
Forming another Chidori in his left hand, Sasuke aimed it at his side, but he was quickly met by a Raikiri from Naruto as the force of the clashes were about to explode in between them.
[...]
Minato: Damn you, you plant bastard! Just wait until I get out of here, I'll rip you apart and use your seeds in my garden!!
Black Zetsu: ...
White Zetsu: Oh?? Trying to be funny?
Jiraiya: ...
Still struggling to get out of their contraption of spores, Minato and Jiraiya could only watch as Zetsu got closer and closer to his goal.
Black Zetsu: We're here...
White Zetsu: Ah-ha!!
Jiraiya: ?!
Minato: No, it can't be?!
Before them, the deformed Zetsu body had finally taken its final shape as the form of an old acquaintance took form in front of them.
Black Zetsu: ...
White Zetsu: Welcome back!
Tobi: Finally...
Shedding the cocoon-like skin of the deformed Zetsu body, Tobi emerged out from it as he struggled to keep his balance, like a newborn horse.
Tobi: *Cough, Cough* Who are they??
Turning his attention towards Minato and Jiraiya, Tobi had a perplexed look on his face.
White Zetsu: They are Jiraiya and Minato...
Black Zetsu: The legacy of Naruto... His son and grandson in fact.
Tobi: ...
White Zetsu: It really has been awhile since then...
Tobi: How long?
Black Zetsu: 40 years...
Tobi: Hmm...
Walking even closer towards Jiraiya and Minato, Tobi halted in front of Minato as he laid his hand on his cheek, turning his face from side to side.
Minato: Get... Your hands... off me...
White Zetsu: This is Minato, Naruto's grandson...
Tobi: Named after his father huh...
Letting go of his face, Tobi then walked over to Jiraiya.
Black Zetsu: And this is Jiraiya, his son...
Tobi: His son you say... Named after his Sensei I suppose...
Slowly studying the two, Tobi then turned his back on them as he walked towards Zetsu again.
White Zetsu: They are the 7th and the 8th Hokages of Konoha as well...
Tobi: ...
Black Zetsu: They fell straight into our trap to resurrect you though, just as planned...
Tobi: Excellent...
Black Zetsu: This is however the last time you can be revived through this technique... If it hadn't been for Naruto's rather unusual offspring's DNA, we would never have been able to resurrect you with just these two...
Tobi: You have proven your worth Zetsu, well done.
White Zetsu: What would you do with them??
Tobi: Kill them.
Minato: ?!
White Zetsu: Are you sure? You could use them against Naruto if he-...
Tobi: I have no use for them anymore, it's better to get rid of them now before this escalates much further... We have much to do, and I have a lot of catching up to do and a lot I need to adapt to... This new body...
Turning around again, Tobi faced Minato as he reached out his hand again.
Tobi: I will kill this one first.
Minato: ?!
Jiraiya: Get your hand off my son you bastard!
Reaching his hand out, Tobi laid it on Minato's forehead as a bright white light of chakra began emerging from it.
Minato: Ug-...h..
Jiraiya: Minato!!!
Tobi: !!
Black Zetsu: ?!
White Zetsu: That's?!
As Tobi was just about to do some sort of technique, a dark purple colored electrified ball suddenly appeared inside the barrier created by Jiraiya previously as Naruto himself suddenly stepped out from it.
Naruto: Tobi...
Tobi: You?!
Letting go of Minato, Tobi and Zetsu then turned their attention towards him.
Naruto: Even if 40 years have passed, you still look the same. Evil incarnated!
Tobi: You look old...
Naruto: Let's finish this, once and for all!
Tobi: ?!
As he said, a massive source of chakra, powered up by all of the elements, emerged from Naruto as he began gravitating in the air. Slowly approaching the barrier, Naruto easily slipped through it as he landed on his feet again. Looking at Tobi with his Rinnegan, Naruto had a fierce look on his face. Tobi, who still were in a very weak state from just being resurrected, then clapped his hands together as he was just about to prepare a technique when Naruto suddenly were up to his face in such a short time that it could not be measured by any scale. Laying his hand on Tobi's head, Naruto then shouted out.
Naruto: Death Reaper Soul Pulverization Seal!!
Tobi: What?!
White Zetsu: ?!
Jiraiya: Dad!!
In an instant, Tobi's body begun swirling around in the air, as if sucked into Naruto's right hand. But as he was, he also caught on fire as he was totally obliterated in the process. As he was gone, Naruto looked up as his eyes met Zetsu's.
White Zetsu: What the hell?!
Minato: What type of Reaper Death Seal was that?!
Realizing that it was not the normal Death Reaper Seal that seals the target inside the stomach of the Death God, Minato had a puzzled, yet relieved look on his face.
Naruto: You're next...
White Zetsu: !!
Pointing his hand on Zetsu, whose body and movement froze completely in the process, Naruto then shouted out as Zetsu could not move at all.
Black Zetsu: What... Is... this... trickery?!
Naruto: Sennin-Bijou Mode and Super Nova Element collaboration; All elements of the universe total mass planetary destruction and annihilation, bringer of rain and death, instant pulverization at microscopic level, Sage of Six Paths reincarnation, Peace at last no jutsu!
White Zetsu: Impossible?!!?!
Jiraiya: ?!
Minato: !!
Out of nowhere, Zetsu then imploded in an instant bloodbath, leaving only gore and minimal damage to the surroundings, behind. Above them, a large rain cloud began to form near the roof of the cave as heavy rain started to poor from it. Looking upwards, rain fell on Naruto's face as the spores trapping Jiraiya and Minato then melted away in the process, freeing them from their constricted state.
Jiraiya: Dad, I thought you couldn't leave Mt. Myo in this sta-...
Minato: What on earth happened?! How did you... What did you...
Naruto: It doesn't matter now... Zetsu and Tobi are gone, and that is all that matters... It is finally over...
Saying this, a bright smile formed on Naruto's face as he closed his eyes. With that, he was gone in a flash again.
Jiraiya: ...
Minato: Grandpa?!
Jiraiya: He has returned to Mt. Myobokuzan... We should head back to Konoha...
Walking over to the barrier, Jiraiya laid his hand on it as he quickly took it down. Turning around, he then walked over to Minato as he laid his hand on his shoulder. Looking one final time at the place Zetsu once stood, where only blood was left remaining, the two of them were gone as well.

*A few days later*
As the Chunin Exam had come to an end, and the details of their fight with Zetsu had been laid forth to the rest of the Kages, it was time to head back to their respectively villages as peace now could finally rest assured. Taking their leaves, the four Kages and their convoy waved goodbye as they left Konoha. Before they did however, it was decided that the four Semi-Finalists, Naruto, Sasuke, Noh and Tadakatsu were all promoted Chunin as both Sakura, Magoichi and Shingen, as well as the other contestants from previous rounds, had to admit that they had to try again harder at a later time. Returning home with his children and his wife, Minato had a smile on his face as he could now look to the future.
Sakura: Why are you smiling dad??
Sasuke: Heh, probably because he now can relax for some days...
Naruto: Yeah, although there is always the Hokage job to do...
Aiko: Hehe, now that you three mention it, you do look oddly happy Minato.
Minato: What... Can't a man be allowed to smile now these days?
Breaking out in laughter, the five of them headed home as the sun stood high and some blue birds flew across their heads. World Peace had finally arrived to the Shinobi World, but would it last forever??...
[...]
Naruto: And that, Ikari, marks the end of my tale at the Chunin Exam.
Putting aside his picture book, Naruto the 2nd then proceeded to stand up to stretch his legs as he seemed tired.
Ikari: What... Hold on a minute!! Who won?!
Naruto: Who won?
Ikari: Yeah! Was it you or your brother Sasuke that won the Chunin Exam Final??
Naruto: Oh, but you see, it was not about winning... And we both got promoted Chunins.
Ikari: So you lost then?
Naruto: I didn't say that...
Ikari: Then you won?!
Naruto: Maybe... I honestly can't remember anymore...
Ikari: What?! But that was the climax of this whole story?! How can you end it like this?!
Naruto: Oh, but it is not over yet...
Ikari: ...So there are more stories to be told?
Naruto: Only the future knows what's in store for us all... Come, help your old great great grandfather to bed, it is time for my sleep.
As he walk out the door with Ikari right behind him, the tale of Naruto's great grandson, Naruto the 2nd, came to an end.

Fun Facts & Author's Notes:
1: So the only question really worth asking is this... Is this the end of The legendary Sage of Konoha Series?? The answer is... No, not quite yet xP You see, I'm still going to round it off with one last entry in this Series, and that is in the form of a Short Movie. Yes you heard me correctly... The concept is simple, it will be a "One Shot" project that will not be chapter based, but released as one full feature. If you're confused on what this means, search up RokuNR's "Bleach Movie" from 2010 here on the Base
2: Naruto and Sasuke's fight. I know some of you may be surprised that I chose to go at it the way I did and not show the Final of the Chunin Exam, that I had been building up to. Some of you may be disappointed, others might have found it fitting. The main reason is because I wanted it to have a similar feel to the Chunin Exam in the Manga, where it was interrupted and canceled just as we were about to enter the Semi-Finals. In case you failed to get the vibe I set out to give out with this chapter, the "real" final was Jiraiya and Minato's fight against Zetsu all along, so the real question would be if you liked that fight or not I suppose.
3: This chapter was shorter than the rest, in fact, the shortest one so far in this sequel. It's a bit strange really, as you would perhaps come to think differently seeing the cliffhanger of Chapter 5. The reason it turned out this way was first and foremost because I decided not to show the final match between Naruto and Sasuke, but instead focus on the other battle instead, and also simply because I had run out of ideas to extend any of the fights in terms of content. I was planning to show a little more of Naruto and Sasuke's fight, but quickly decided that if I showed more than necessary, it would have been unjust not to show the whole battle when I already had showed most of it.
4: As for the content of the movie, I'm not going to say too much unless someone asks me specifically about it, and I don't know how big it really will end up becoming since it's a standalone work and not chapter based. Therefore, I can't say when I get around to release it either, but hopefully sometime during November. For now, I'll leave you with the following key points about it, that I already revealed to Danivass not long ago:
Summed up vaguely, I have like three main points to follow for the Short Movie, and they are as follows;
- Ikari the main character and his first encounter with Naruto at Mt. Myo; I'm actually going to draw inspiration from how Jiraiya came to MT. Myo in the manga here.
- The Shinobi World and the Kages of all the nations (more than the five main).
- Naruto's encounter with the Wizard.
5: I hope you liked not only this chapter, but this sequel as well, despite it taking a different turn that the two other work within this Series that I've done, and despite its short length in number of chapters compared to the two others.
