Well, Hidan is the newest member of the Akatsuki ( after tobi ) so Oro has no info on him, and I doubt Oro's going to stick around to see if Hidan's dead after he stabs him or something.
Hidan could win this. He just needs 1 drop of blood.

Dammit KGB he does bleed, he just has the ability to re-attach himself to a severed body part, we didn't see him 'Bleeding' in the 4tails/Oro fight because the animators are lazy.

Exactly!! Orochimaru could even try to poison Hidan but it won't affect him. Plus, only thing HIdan needs like you said is a drop of blood from Orochimaru and its all over

Kakuzu was there to assist. Hidan prolly gave the final blow though. Theres no way Hidan alone could solo a bijuu by himself.

When he said that to Kakuzu last time he left him alone, so I doubt he interfered this time. and, Kakuzu didn't appear to have fought or used any jutsu at all post fight, I think it was Hidan.

If he gets Oro's blood and does his ritual and hurts himself enough too frequently Orochimaru wont have time to escape with his jutsu.

oro solos low diff. even if hidan got orochimarus blood he still has to draw the seal and start the ritual and orochimaru being the genius that he is will figure it out and blitz hidan before he can draw it and stab himself. this isnt even a contest
