Second of all,

In that particular scan you showed,

Kakashi clearly asked obito "how come until now"

and obito replied with " you let rin die"

Meaning he didn't want to show his true identity to kakashi because he felt he didn't deserve it. He also wanted to Mind fu#k kakashi which he succeeded in doing.

Again, learn to comprehend the manga more better before posting scans off google.
