No he didn't , look how Kakashi turned out , a great Ninja & Kakashi praises & respects Minato , I'm sure Rin would too , the only failure here was Obito, as a human & blamed his mistakes & immaturity on Kakashi , Minato etc .

of course he did. During the kakashi daiden, he focused on Obito the most. Seeing how Kakashi was already a jounin, he and Obito shared the same dream and even discussed it together. Just because he wasnt there when Obito was crushed, or when Rin was killed dosent mean he didnt care. Kids these days.

He was more intrested in kakashi similar to how kakashi showed intrest only in sasuke
