I still believe it's Sasuke...

His entire clan was murdered in his eyes by his older brother as a 7 year old.
He was chased down & Tsukuyomi'd & pretty much traumatically driven to kill his older
brother for his childhood & teenage life.

Try watching your family die right in front of your eyes, get stalked and assaulted physically and mentally by your older brother, and see how normal you'd turn out.

He still had a good beginning, even after his family died, he had naruto and betchs, he has visual powers and itachi watching over him....Comparing that to kabuto, thats simply cute

Did I say you had to? lol...... But being raised in a war where killing kids was the main thing puts Hashirama and Madara ahead of the others.

Killing his clan , was Itachi's own personal choice.. could've been avoided... the tragedy was that he was put into that situation.

I don't know how you can say this thing, but despite of being a personal choice one can't simply erase the grief and pain..And on war point I would like to say that Madara and Hashirama lived in the era of war, they had to fight to survive. On the other hand, Itachi was a pacifist still had to shed a lot of blood, just think about things Itachi went through during all those moments..:yeah:

i wouldn't call it tragic, to be honest i'd call it mentally incompetent...instead of facing his friend for reasons why he killed his crush, he goes crying, and wants to kill everyone...wheres the logic behind that, thats just selfish and dull.

It wasn't all about Rin though. Her death made him realize that in the shinobi world, your closest friends will inevitably die and that you have to kill or be killed. He's realized that the shinobi system has made it this way and it's almost impossible to create true peace.

Uchiha have some mental disease (I know it's not, but lets call it that), which is triggered when they lose someone dear to them. Lets look at what the known Uchiha have gone through shall we?

Madara, known to have lost 3+ brothers, since Izuna was the only mentioned one, plus losing countless of comrades during that war period

Itachi, killed his whole clan, for the sake of the village. And he didn't think twice about doing what was best for Sasuke, and the leaf. He was still good.

Sasuke, lost his whole clan at the age of 7. And he was still good by age 12, until he knew he had to get stronger to one day face Itachi. The only reason he truly went bad was when he heard of Itachi's true story. You see, Hebi Sasuke wasn't "bad". He just picked any path which'd lead him to his then goal of killing Itachi. He was against killing innocents, and was completely neutral until then. He only got trained by Oro, nothing more. Sasuke himself thought Oro was a sick bastard, and never thought twice of beating his sick ass.

And Obito? Allllll for some biddie. A bit of cheap *****. The boy was 12, he doesn't know what love is. People think there's more to it, but is there? Even when Madara had Obito locked in that cave, Obito was still good, and never stopped thinking about his comrades. He rushed to their aid when he discovered they were cornered by Mist anbu. He was against Madara's motives, until the day she died. Which was when he turned ape shit, killed people, and decided to carry on Madara's legacy
