Nagato destroys him and his village in like 15 seconds, he was able to destroy konoha and SM Naruto that stronger than Gaara, as nerfed version (Six Paths of Pain),
and the reason he lost is because he didn't wanted to kill Naruto he only tried to capture him, if he was with intention to kill it was a fast GG.

Nagato himself destroys Gaara with Banshoo Ten'in than chakra stick in the ass.

Kabuto destroys with Muki Tensei, or Mugen Onsa undifficulty...

Gaara to my knowledge has no skills in sealing so he's never beat Kabuto i doubt his sand can keep up with DSM Kabuto who successfully dodged a susano arrow. Itachi beats him with Genjutsu imo. And OP explain exactly who in the sand village this includes. Gaara, Baki, Temari, Kankuro, Sasori, 4th Kazekage, 3rd Kazekage, and other Kazekages might let them beat Itachi and DSM Kabuto

Garra has sealing defeats. Read the manga, they activate automatically

Itachi has no ways of reaching Garra to use genjutsu
