Did Obito hold back at the fight with Kakashi ?

Here , why didn't Obito attack Kakashi , but got stunned ??

I've come up with my 3 possibilities .

1 - Obito held back .
2 - Obito was tired .
3 - Kakashi owned him .

What do you think ?

a couple of times? no it was once and it was only because Naruto forced Obito into using Intangibility and so what? withought Naruto's assistance Obito also could have killed Kakashi multiples times before that fight too.

probably it was a combination of him being tired due to the previous fight with Naruto and thus he couldn't use Mokuton
also not being able to use Kamui in that dimension..
and his emotions were all torn up at the moment and Kakashi was better than him in terms of skill--->meaning taijutsu

And Yes in totall power Obito is stronger but Kakashi played beter that time.

Take out their OP Kamui, and any backup they had (Naruto & Gai, 6 Tailed Beasts) and make them stick to pure fighting, and Obito would still be below Kakashi as he always was.

From Birth.


Right before obito got crushed kakashi was the undisputed stronger one of the two.

Since then obito has gotten senju dna which gave him a psychical energy boost.

Contrast that to kakashi whose chakra is always strained thanks to the sharingan.

Also for your talk about obito being tired you know the one with the energy boost kakashi has been fighting way longer then him.He has been fighting since the beginning and of of his many matches before fighting him is the seven swordsmen and the tailed beast.

So saying he is tired is a very tired excuse.

Obito relies on his Kamui so much that he decided to keep it then rather take the second rinnegan eye and what happens once that is taken out of the equation ?

Obito did never trained or had the rinnegan before this fight so why would he execute justu with it as if he did ?

He used katon jutsu on kakashi and kamui to run away after kakashi punched a hole in him so he had chakra

He has Hashirama cells which is the much the same as kyuubi cloak, both having intense life force so kakashi getting chakra cloak is moot
