Hard to say, what I do know is, Naruto will acquire another powerup, even greater than BSM. He's going to need greater power when the true enemy appears.

I don't think that Hallucinogenic reaction was normal, even Obito was surprised and baffled as to why he is seeing those things all of a sudden.

The tailed beast realized that Naruto is the successor(younger son) of the SO6P. Remember that before the younger son was able to follow in his fathers footsteps the older son attacked him because he felt betrayed. This led to the cycle of hatred between the senju and the uchia. But now that cycle is finally coming to an end and those chosen one "Naruto" will take on the task that he was meant to. He isn't the reincarnation of the SO6P. Hes the reincarnation of the younger son of the SO6P. Just like Hashirama was. Madara knew this about Hashirama that is why he wanted Hashirama's powers so bad to combine them with his own to achieve the Rinnegan.
