Yugito has access to ALL Fire Release, which produces blue flames instead. It allows it to be hotter then normal fire. The only Fire Release that is Full Buijuu exclusive is Gouka Kekkyaku and Bakufuu Ranbu (The Giant sized ones in Chapter 628).
Because japan folktales say the 2 tail can control dead soul, Yuugito has access to Dead Soul Technique. She is able to spawn it anywhere she desires on the battle field (uprooting from the ground). The dead souls are allow to use thier jutsus, they act like Semi Edo's but without Edo bodies (They can die like normal zombies or if the heart beat expires/ 5 mins). She can unsummon them to reduce the time limit. List of Dead Souls are Kumo ninjas: Fodder decoys that looks like her (to act as distraction/bushin feints from the original), Kumo sword work style (Which can channel Lightening Release unto it), Cloud Magnet "user" like Toroi w/ same skill set, Storm Release User, and Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar user (Same skill set as Cee, the Genjutsu).
