how OP will Sasuke PS arrow will be?

We already know Sasuke can change his susano weapon to any type (sword,rod and arrow).Madara already show us the destruction level of perfect susano sword ,which can destroy all matter with one swing.

However we have not seen the effect of Sasuke perfect susano arrow yet .We know that Sasuke can cover his susano arrow with enton/black flame if he wanted .

Sasuke susano arrow speed similar to light speed since Danzo and kakashi (both sharingan user) could not dodge it.

I came up with this idea that Perfect susano arrow should be able to destroy any level barriers/structure within it flying radius .This because Ay is very strong shinobi and his version 2 speed alone was not strong enough to break Madara susano ,onoki reduce make Ay lighter or increase his speed that allow him to break susano with ease.

Since Susasno power increase with level that mean Sasuke perfect susano arrow is much faster than his complete susano arrow (same for the arrow impact/piercing abilities). Sasuke ps arrow can destroy konoha by not directly hiting the town or shooting above the cities because the force the arrow carrying with it will destroy the landscape.


SUMMARY
Sasuke PS susano Arrow (without amaterasu):
1.It will destroy anything indrectly within the arrow flying radius because it raw power and speed
2 it should be able to destroy all barrier .For example the Red sun barrier
