Sasuke wins all scenarios. Mei and Tsunade are one-shotted right at the start or off the bat. If Mei starts with Mist, Sasuke can simply summon a hawk to blow it away. Her acid Mist is not accomplishing anything for Final Susano'o or the current V3 with legs form. Or Sasuke can simply use Magatama. Even the random projectiles would burn Mei and Tsunade as they are not quick enough to evade such attacks. Or Sasuke can pull out the long Enton sword and simply swipes it across the battle-field. There are far too many counters for this.
In fact, I don't even think Mist would completely cloud his eyes like it did Kakashi's. Sasuke is capable of seeing Chakra behind solid objects; an ability Kakashi has NEVER displayed. What is more difficult to see through: Mist or a solid Spike or Ground? Do the math, as it's not hard to do so.
That would leave Gaara, Onoki, and Raikage. Onoki's Jinton requires prep, and as Sharingan can either see chakra build-up for a technique - which is why Sasuke was able to augment his Amaterasu with Naruto's and Itachi and Sasuke both commented on Sharingan's ability to see Chakra within an individual during their fight as well- or it simply notices Chakra usage. Either way Sasuke can notice it and counter effectively.
Onoki is essentially the only threat amongst the Gokage. Gaara and Raikage have no way of breaching Susano'o. For Gaara, Sasuke can take to air and stay there, whilst cutting through the sand with Enton sword, or use Raw Amaterasu on Gaara himself. This leaves Raikage, who will never be able to maintain V2 cloak for long, as according to Karin, he was injecting Bijuu-level chakra into his V2 cloak. Now if someone here believes he has chakra comparable to several Bijuus, then you can believe this lunacy all you want.
EMS Sasuke takes this Mid Difference most with V3 or V4 Susano'o. The rest win it on even easier grounds.
