Naruto has good character. Far more depth than other shonen lead characters like say Goku or Luffy, and they're very popular.

if you read manga carefully then you will realize that naruto is the one who is most perfect and never up guy in the whole series.....
he is the person who is admired by tsunade and all kages ......
sasuke is the person who is most shitty full person in whole series and he got his ass kicked by all kages ..havent read previous mangas?

Didn't realize Orochimaru, Tsunade, and Minato had Sage Mode...
Didn't realize that having different purposes behind Sage Mode made it stronger... that's cool (DSM = Evasion, FSM = Combat Boost, Hashirama SM = Large Summons/Heavenly Gates)...
And even if Naruto seems to have similarities with other characters... who doesn't?!
Sasuke: EMS... Madara has it; Amaterasu... Itachi; Ocular Genjutsu... Madara and Itachi; Susanoo... Madara and Itachi; Chidori... Kakashi.
Neji and Hinata both use the Hyuga arts that Hiashi has.
Sakura's Chakra enhanced strength is just like Tsunade's.
Lee is just like Gai.
I fail to see how people can "cling" to anyone considering many of the main characters/major supports all have moves that are just like someone elses, or someone else has <(-_-<).
Though people like Kakuzu, Sasori, and Kisame show some awesome origionality

I been observing the manga for a while and i found out all naruto power ups and reputation are being diluted by other ninjas.Naruto do not have anything that stand out as a shinobi anymore .
Naruto Sage mode
Kakashi,Iruka by manga facts can produce large amount of shadowclones with ease.Iruka was using multi shadow clone to find Naruto after he stolen the scroll from the 3 hokage .Kakashi was using multi shadow clones against the Mist ninja at the land of wave's bridge.
Tobirama have invented shadow clones which mean he know it limits and functions.Tobirama also a senju ,which mean he can make alot of shadow clones with ease
When Naruto trained for Rasenshuriken Kakashi himself stated that Naruto is the only one capable of doing it in such a small amount of time because of the amount of shadow clones he can produce meaning he can do more then Kakashi, and Iruka is not even relevant to the story anymore lol
Kurama host
Beside Naruto;mito,kushina and minato were host of kurama.Naruto lose his speciality as a host
Naruto is the only host who achieved such close relationship with Kurama... Minato's half acts like it only because of Naruto's half it was cleared in the chapter when Minato's half finally started communicating.
Naruto Sage mode
Jiraya,Kabuto,Orochimaru ,Tsunade ,Jugo,Minato (possibly) and Hashirama can use Sage mode.Kabuto ,Orochimaru,Jugo (since his sage mode is link to others) and Hashirama sage mode are much better than frog sage mode
Frog sage mode was enough to beat Pain the GOD and how the hell is it weaker then Juugo's? are you trying to claim Juugo can beat Pain?

Beside Naruto,Minato can also go to BM and KM.

Naruto obtaining Rinnegan
Orichimaru already hinted or foreshadow that Sasuke have not reach his limit.Even Sasuke said he just started to battle.Rinnegan or Ocular power beyond rinnegan can appear(to fully surpass current Madara)
Naruto obtaining the Rinnegan is a myth. People think it will happen because Naruto is the "new so6p" but i dont think it will happen.
Naruto as Hokage
Sasuke have won all the hokage hearts as hokage,Sasuke even won Orichimaru (a former hokage of sound village) heart because orochimaru is following Sasuke path and potential.
Naruto had give up fighting against Juubito twice or more . Sasuke have to bring hope to the shinobi alliance and Naruto when all hope was gone
Sasuke didn't win anything, the Edo Hokages prefer Naruto (Cough Minato his dad Cough Tobirama the wanker that keeps on hyping him claiming he can be a better hokage then even his brother cough) he didn't bring hope to anyone but Naruto and there's no way that after all the bad things he did to the village he will become Hokage.
