I fail to see the difference. Sasuke made Jugo submit to his will. It wouldn't have happened if Sasuke wasn't smart enough to go to Jugo and utilize his potential.

Naruto didn't work for Kuramas trust. Kurama trusted him based on personality similar to Jugo/Sasuke
For KCM Naruto had help fighting Kurama. SM was really the last thing he trained for.

You only look at what's there and you fail to see what both characters went through for their powers. Another thing is that Sasuke is a genius. He's not suppose to work as hard as Naruto for his powers although Sasuke has had a considerable amount of training and battle experience.

Honestly I don't see the purpose of that training. In order to have access to BM or BSM Naruto have to be one with Kurama.
If they don't make agreement there's no way in hell for Naruto to gain access no matter how hard he tries to oppress the Bijuu, all of this makes the whole training useless.
