Madara stated that the SO6P managed to stop the juubi in his era, presently the juubi is controlled by a jinchuuriki and logically, one can say that the jin. of the juubi is expected to be even more powerful that the SO6P, cause he only took a part of his power and not the full thing. Due to story plot, I can assume that juubito is on the same level as the SO6P except that he's not mastered the rinnegan and the powers of the juubi, but in terms of amount of chakra, and quality of chakra, i say the juubi surpasses the SO6P and so its jin. This is just like trying to compare, in terms of the kyuubi's power Naruto in full BM with the full Kurama(yin and yang) ands Kinkaku and Ginkaku or their offsprings. A copy can never be as good as its original in the same state. I say if there were two personalities with the same knowledge and intelligence as the SO6P, one born as Hagoromo Ootsutsuki(with chakra) and the other became the juubi's jin, there's no way Hagoromo could defeat the juubi's jin. So stop the endless blabbing of the SO6P being able to take out the juubi's jin and everyone else in NV.

Some of your facts are a bit off. The Sage sealed the full Juubi into himself giving him complete control over it. Obito has never sealed/or has a 100% Juubi inside of him. If we were comparing both the Sage and Juubi Jin at their prime they would both be Jins with the Sage given a considerable edge in power.
You also have to remember the Sage was the direct ancestor of Uchiha/Senju. He the first born with chakra directly from the power granted by the Juubi's fruit. He was probably the most powerfull human ever born in the NV.

Anywho...imho he can...he created the moon on his death bed...I believe after being separated from the Juubi. Nao...if he is able to perform extraterrestrial feats on his death bed, and without the immense power of the Juubi. Then how can current Obito be more powerful and he still has yet to perform any extraterrestrial feats?

Obito goes off of assumption.
Except Obito forgets the fact that he was having trouble keeping the Juubi in check before becoming the Jinchuriki.. and Obito was almost overwhelmed and taken apart after becoming the Jinchuriki..
Imagine having the full Kyuubi and Hachibi added on top of this, I doubt Obito could have become the Jinchuriki, and I doubt the Juubi would have been subdued so easily.
