If V4 can't tank CBD, and that's Sasuke's only defense against Naruto's BM, then how is Sasuke on his level? how would sasuke miss? his sharingan tells him where the tbb will go allowing sasuke to properly lead his target. that is basic sharingan ability. it is obvious sasuke would easily be able to hit an object the size of a tbb with an arrow.

Yes, Of course Sasuke needs power-up from Kishi to reach Sage Tailed beast mode/Tailed Sage beast mode of Naruto and only If Kishi want Them to be equal to each other.
In way I believe that Kishi made Sasuke taking Juugo with himself into Sussano on purpouse. Either to give him power-up or to add Senjutsu or just nature energy to Sasuke's attacks to make them effective against Current Juubi Jin Obito or The God Tree.
Besides This is first Time we have witnessed Sasuke's Sussano to grow bottom part with legs, so it could be hint or foreshadowing of incomming Sasuke power up. In my opinion Kishi is just preparing Sasuke to get Perfect Sussano slowly by upgrading his Sussano(grow legs) etc.

We can't say yes or no without first seeing Sasuke's limit. He said "Over already Naruto? I'm just getting started" with indicates he's been holding back a lot more then we thought. Remember, that it's only been like two says since EMS Sasuke was shown, and he said he's slowly growing accustom to the EMS.

oh i read, that was the point I chose to disagree with. as far as liking both, yes thats possible but It isn't the case because I dislike naruto's character.
as far as current sasuke vs KCM naruto goes it is quite a wide gap IMO. naruto in that form has nothing to hurt naruto than can't be countered. His legged susanoo is just too mobile to be surrounded and blitzed by FRS( naruto's only hope) basically naruto would be on the defensive the entire fight. The longer the fight goes the stronger chance sasuke preps kirin and kills naruto.
as far as BM Id say the are at least equal
Naruto is slow in his full Chakra cloak and tbb are easily countered or dodged.
when naruto starts prepping a tbb sasuke would see the build up in chakra color(thanks to his sharingan). when he sees this all he has to do is fire an arrow at the tbb.
there are two options as to what happens next and Ill let you decide
1. the arrow pierces the tbb and goes straight into naruto severely wounding him
2. the arrow hits the tbb which explodes on contact. Naruto who is standing mouth open has no defense for the blast and is critically wounded
the same goes for Continuous tbb either the blow up causing a chain reaction of explosions or they get pierced completely and the arrow kills naruto
