it isn't inappropriate for you to be shirtless, but it is a matter of safety to large titted women. if they walked around with no shirt i fear i would leap upon the next large titted woman i find.

I guess because women's breasts are more strongly associated with sexual activity on a far larger scale than men's. If I'm going back to the nature nurture principle, evolutionary studies say that men were more attracted to women with larger breasts and hips due to the fact that they are usually fertile and ready. So there's another reason to associate women's breasts with sexual activity and explains why we men have a biological predisposition to have a strong like for such things.

As for the other way around, idunno. Do you honestly get aroused (not subtly) staring at men's nips?

That's a damn good question. Women should be free to walk around shirtless if guys can. I wouldn't complain, that's for sure

because men has crazy puberty stages. man has different private parts than the ladies like they will surely stimulates or move once a breast of a female was shown on their stage of puberty. and you know that once that moves up, it means a baby will be born. lol

This is not the case with men. In our culture it is ok for a little girl to go topless in places like pools i have seen it, but once she starts maturing she needs to cover up.
All i know is that the root is culture. There are indigenous cultures where women live topless, it's no big deal. It seems that in some point in history long ago, women began covering their breast in a certain culture and civilized cultures in every continent followed suit to assimilate.

its the evolution of society ....we are now civilized ...we have a different mindset than our previous times....though u pointed a ryt thing.....In case if u go africa tribal ppl remains nude ..they have a different mindset ...its all abt our evolution in society ....

Woman breasts are generally associated with fertility and pregnancy due to them being a major "feeding" machine for newborns. Understandably, due to its relation to pregnancy et cetera, it is thereby connected to *** which has been a taboo topic for quite a while but has gradually become less taboo. Do I think it should be allowed? I'm an egalitarian and believe that whatever a man is allowed to do, a women is allowed as well - whatever a women is allowed to do, a man is as well. However, I fear if this was done by the majority of women [toplessness], rapists and whatnot would use this as an excuse for it.. short-shorts, bikinis, visible cleavage are all already used [not true, rapists are just cold hearted or lack "right" morals] so I would think this would add to that list..

Why can a women wear men's clothing but not vice-versa? Why can women do the many things that women celebrities do [Miley, Britney, Lady Gaga, Madonna etc.] but man can't? Why can man speak about *** so indiscriminately, but women can't? Why can man watch p0rn without being bugged but women can't?

Also, don't call it feminism.. Such a name is really misleading and stupid. Equality will suffice..
