[Theory] Rikudou Sennin's Pre-Juubi Jinchuuriki Powers

I know that he's not a god. But you have to admit that his birth and the very fact that Naruto is the reincaration of the Sage means something. He may not have Nature's powers from the get-go. But he was destined to defeat the Juubi. Destined by what? That where nature comes in.

It was never stated that Rikūdo was pre-ordained to defeat the Jūbi, the prophecy thing only applies to Naruto, Rikūdo like any other human was born naturally.

That's the point. The sheer fact that he had the ability and or reserves to first split the Juubi AND THEN used Chibaku Tensei to create a cage of such mass is a testament to his powers Pre-Jinchuriki either way.

We agree on that but even so his body was already altered by the Jūbi post-Jinchūriki to have advanced beyond humanity's realm, the Creator God of Narutoverse (Full Powered Jūbi) would not have been taken down so easily without some spiritual or divine aid.

Naruto being the reincaration of the Sage means that the Sage himself was also special to begin with. There is no way that Naruto was forshadowed to be the second coming of the S06P if the Sage wasn't special to begin with. Think about it. Naruto's the "chosen one". Otherwise, it would have be of cosmic coincidence that this special person of prophesy has such a strong connection to the S06P.

Plus, where does the prophesy come from? The Elder Sage Toad, whose source of power is Nature itself.

Not entirely convinced myself, this implies that there are "gods" in Naruto; for example the Shinigami of Shiki Fujin and the Channel mask of the same "Shinigami" both do specific tasks there is no negotiation with these creatures, no bartering for power no trade. If they were "alive" don't you think they would....I donno negotiate, act reluctant to do anything?

Do you envision these spirits as thinking entities or mindless? From what we have seen we have no evidence to suggest they are actual beings rather than just constructs that govern certain types of sealing.

I suppose it does tie into the hint of no Jinchuuriki being capable of using Shiki Fujin.

Not really convinced of this yet.

Yeah I thought that too. Manga stream says something about still having to careful or somthing even with being the Juubi host.

I suppose it depends on the direction Kishi takes. You could very well be right if Kishi gives the pre-rinnegan Sage a larger Shinto influence. I always thought it was weird that Kishi makes the Rikudo mostly based on Buddhism. That is, Yang(Senju=Buddhism)+ Yin(Uchiha=Shintoism)=Rinnegan(Buddhism). Maybe to provide some balance, he'll make pre-rinnegan Rikudo largely Shinto based.

Your theory is plausible and would be more acceptable once manga also proves that Obito cannot use Kamui. For now, it has shown that Obito cannot become intangible to avoid the attacks. The Juubi can be the reason since some of the parts of the user is sent to the other dimension. But I think that Obito can completely teleport himself into the Kamui dimension. I'll wait till Obito fails in that too.

(connecting it with what you were stating earlier)....
I wouldn´t like to get there just yet, but I guess we´ll have to wait for Obito to see the Moon´s actual involvement in all of this, not for completing "tsuki no me" but just to see how the Moon complete´s the juubi.

Plus, at this point we don´t whether Obito will fight Naruto and try to complete the tails of the monster, OR, if A a full 9 tails yin/yang jiinchuuriki is able to defeat the Dark Sage
