Neji is being underlooked here but remember sasuke could have beaten naruto Sakura sai and Yamato all at once at the time what's memos counter for Kirin (if neji can last that long miracly) rotation? Don't make me laugh Kirin is 1/1000 of a second he won't be able to react in time

Neji isn't the Solo King therefore he will be solo'd by the Yamata no jutsu (unlike a certain person )

So neji will just let him summon right? He also has vacuum palm to attack from a distance if necessary.

Rotation is a perfect counter to all of hus attacks.

Kirin takes MASSIVE prep time. Not gonna happen in a relatively close range battle.

Neji stomps in CQC or did you forget that neji is a master gentle fist taijutsu user and Sasuke only had a 3.5 in it? Sharingan precog doesnt make him immune to it nor does it make him a master taijutsu user. Just better avoidance ability. Adding a sword wont help much because Neji has already fought Tenten, who is a weapons master which does include swords. Trying to make her irrelevant by saying she is not as good as Sasuke overall is not acceptable.

Neji is heavily underrated, especially when it come to the Uchiha dominant NB

Of course it does.

Using common sense, Nagato should have Madara's EMS techs since he had his Eyes and madara can use them even with the rinnegan active, But since he hasn't use them no one can go around saying he can.

Same with Sasuke, He never used it, he has never shown the ability to controll said tech.
